BestBuy has been 5 stars, Great support, Outstanding Customer service. Best experience with products when having issues… they take care of you. So many time there is no longer good Customer Service, or they won’t stand behind their product. Even the manufacture might not help you, but if protected by Best Buy, then No worries… So many places these days offer poor customer service, if you are even able to get to speak with a real person….

If you shop at best buy often its worth it.
