I've shopped here for years but they seem to keep improving. I love how they have expanded (at least it seems that way) their appliances selection. Total Tech is one reason I chose to buy my washer there, in addition to any computer accessories, for Geek Squad Assistance. They are now my go to store for products because it makes "My Total Best Buy" subscription worth it.

I especially love their No Nonsense replacement policies for malfunctioning products. I personally use this policy to save so much money on buying Xbox Controllers that eventually get “stick drift”. All I have to do is bring the malfunctioning controller back to the store, and they will replace it for free(plus any extra if the replacement controller costs more than the returned controller). I highly recommend this subscription for anyone looking to get the most out of their technology!
