This membership is everything, the convenience of having all your items protected gives me a piece of mind

It is very much worth it if you think you are going to need appliances and electronics on a regular basis.

I buy as much as I can from Best Buy, even though I am a devoted Amazon customer for non-electronics. I do not use my phone computer tech service, as they always start with "Unplug and re-plug your computer, now remove the battery." I have a much better remote service that I use without all that nonsense. BUT that said, not needing to buy individual extended warranties can add up to a substantial savings. Also the extended return window is a real plus.

Live in a small community where nearest Best Buy visit would entail a round trip distance of right at 175 miles. Purchased new computer but did not have time for the store to set it up. Since I was enrolled in Best Buy's "Total" program, a Geek Squad member came to my home and set the computer up including transferring data from my old computer to the new one. Everything worked perfectly. Great job! Great service! Highly recommend.

The best buy my total tech program is a worthwhile service, considering you get exlusive access to sales, promotions, new release availability. Not to mention you get top noth customer service and repairs from geek squad. I just wish the price was a bit more affordable, however having the insurance of this service when you need it is wonderful. And you can't beat some of the deals that are offered.
