Best Buy total Tech is the best investment ever I love the geek squad access and I always feel like a VIP.

This has been a great purchase! I don’t have to worry about sitting up my appliances or their breakdown! Everything is cover!

Great in-home service for large priducts like my 75" wall mount TV. Installed tv and mount and hooked up soeakers and cable etc

You have to get this free installation and 2 year warranty no brainer’

Best Buy Total technology service plan is completely worth it! I upgraded 5 cell phones at BB recently and days later the Zagg screen cover I bought there got cracked, saving my iphone screen! BB Geek Squad replaced the Zagg cover. ALL tech bought at BB is covered by their protection plan and includes Apple Care for all our phones.

This has to be one of the best services that Best Buy has ever offered. For one yearly fee, you get two year warranty on everything you purchase +2 years of AppleCare free. The AppleCare alone pays for itself. The Best Buy service, and Warranty is very good, we have had several instances of items breaking or malfunctioning, and they have always helped us out. if you are buying new appliances, I highly recommend signing up for this because it will save you a lot of money on buying individual warranties

What the total tech yearly everything is covered. You make a purchase your product is automatically covered. You need set up the geek squad helps you free of charge. You got questions. The geek squad again helped you free of charge. Extended warranties covered automatically. Glad I purchased my Best Buy total tech membership.

I cannot speak highly enough of this membership and all the perks. The automatic 2 year coverage is the best, but the free delivery, installation and haul away for appliances and entertainment add so much. Plus the customer service is top notch, every time!

I'd pay double for this. Ive had geeks come to my home and appliances delivered and installed. The geeks can answer with clarity and with the patience you got to have with a non tech savvy senior.

We got this at the right time. Well worth it for the added protection and professional install. I'll have to run the math to see if it makes sense to keep now that there will be trip charges.

Best buy Total Tech service provides Greek Squad install service for all electronic products. I used on new Wifi system, Computer and Printer, Amazon firestick. Takes away any worry and let the experts install at home.

I cannot even begin to tell you how worthwhile this Best Buy Total Subscription is. I purchased two phones this year and two computers and having this subscription saved me a lot of money!

I do like having the best buy total membership, but it is so freaking expensive. I cancelled it. Its nice to have from time to time but really its probably not worth the price unless you have several laptops that need protection ie. Kids clumbsy partners etc. It would likely be cheaper to just take it to your local computer store. But thats just my opinion.

At first i was nervous to get this, but I went ahead and did it anyway it was $200 at the time and it seem like it was too good to be true. Throughout the year I used it on multiple purchases, of course, and the value overshadowed how much I would’ve paid at the end of the year I used around $2000 in savings. They came to my house and installed my refrigerator. Washer and dryer mounted TVs on my walls and put a new microwave and stove inside of the house. All of those and I still got protection plans on everything I purchased. This is a great investment and I will tell everyone that I know to get it as well. 

This saved me a ton of money when I bought a new radio for my old hyuandai. If you need anything installed in your car, get this!

This has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion. Geek Squad techs are always very friendly and extremely helpful. Worth every penny if you are not a techie yourself.
