Very good service, loses warranties after 2 years

Every service person went above and beyond to help out for any question or request. Perks justify keeping it for 2 years.

It is a bit expensive but if you’re buying a lot of things at one time like we did the peace of mind and the savings alone make it worth every penny.

My Best Buy Total

Have had three TV’s delivered and mounted under the program. Two of these were mounted on brick walls with one of the TV’s being a 65” OLED. Tech had all the necessary supplies for mounting securely to brick. Also had washer and dryer delivered and set up. Very happy with the service and extended warranty provided under the program (My Best Buy Program/Total Tech).
