I have better rates on warranty for my products and I am able to schedule my appointments accordingly much better online. I can even get next day shipping and free 2 day shipping. In my opinion if you shop a lot at best buy and get products where the protection will be worth it. Take advantage of it.

Invest and Let Someone Else do the Work!

The annual subscription is not cheap, but I decided to keep since it covers all devices. Also, used it to have my daughters laptop checked. It was covered under the plan. Started acting up. The tech's ran diagnostics and upgraded to latest software releases. It was worth having someone do all the work.

Like installation, warranty, customer support. In fact my experience has been that if I do not like something installed at one place, this membership gave me chance to reinstall elsewhere second time of no cost. Must buy if you have some electronics from Best Buy.

Could be a challenge. Service people are usually on time, courteous, and knowledgeable or honest if someone with additional experience is needed.
