Easy exchange when necessary. Anxious to save money. I had a problem refrigerator and Best Buy both replaced the refrigerator and discounted it as it had gone on sale in the meantime. They did the same with 3 Fire sticks I had purchased.

A must have if buying a lot for new house

It is a bit expensive but if you’re buying a lot of things at one time like we did the peace of mind and the savings alone make it worth every penny.

It's nice to have the coverage for all purchases while being a member, but I never had a need to use any product protection plan.

TotalTech is awesome

There is free shipping on every order with no minimum, and there are many products that you can get discounted! To really make the annual price worth it, you probably need to be a bit of a tech junkie, but otherwise I definitely think it is worth it!

Could be a challenge. Service people are usually on time, courteous, and knowledgeable or honest if someone with additional experience is needed.
