Never had to use the protection which was why I cancelled my service. It was nice to know I had protection if I needed it though. Curious as to what wouldve been covered when I needed it or if it was just a ploy to generate more revenue.

Our Total Tech subscription is well worth the money. We had the plan cover setting up our new tv purchase as well as setting up our theatre surround sound system for the optimal experience. It would have cost us many times over the subscription price for each of the services required for the various components.

Love it. Gives me everything i want from best buy.

My dad loves them, and i would buy again for sure.

My only complaint was how expensive it was but it covered all my electronics

I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen from Best Buy but, due to a six month delay in my renovation, I did not install them until almost a year later. Still, because I am a total tech member, Best Buy installed all of them when my kitchen was finally ready for them. Thanks Best Buy!

I would definitely recommend extra protection for any big or small purchases you make because anything can go wrong and you can always take it in for repair best buy js always willing to work with you to fix any issue.

Total Tech is amazing. They help me figure out the issue and what i need to do to resolve it. My sons gsming computer recently stopped working. They told me what was needed and installed the new graphics card and it was no additional charge to me. Its worth every penny.

I avoided BB for a long time for various reasons, but last year i gave them another chance and the difference I've noticed are great. Inventory is great, online ordering is easy, equipment repair is now a breeze. My local BB in Destin is great and i check them first now whenever i need something tech.

I recommend this product highly it’s about $200 a year but it pays for itself just in services. I’ve never lost money ever and all the years I’ve had this product. You should definitely have this as protection for your electronics.

I've been a subscriber for the past two years and have no plans to let this service lapse. It's paid for itself several times over and it provides peace of mind, which is difficult to put a price on! All the techs I've encountered have been highly trained and super-professional.

I had been hesitant to pay for this coverage for quite some time. However, if you buy enough things from BestBuy and like the piece of mind of having the extra coverage, it quickly pays for itself. Getting AppleCare on apple devices is a huge bonus. Highly recommend if best buy is your go to.
