Total Tech is amazing. They help me figure out the issue and what i need to do to resolve it. My sons gsming computer recently stopped working. They told me what was needed and installed the new graphics card and it was no additional charge to me. Its worth every penny.

I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen from Best Buy but, due to a six month delay in my renovation, I did not install them until almost a year later. Still, because I am a total tech member, Best Buy installed all of them when my kitchen was finally ready for them. Thanks Best Buy!

This protection package is everyting!!! It really helps you in making the decision to buy because there are virtually NO risks! Whenerlver I purchase items I know i am covered, for the most part. But is extremely important ans satisfying to have it!

The In-Store help is great. The only problem is you usually have to leave your computer for 5-7 days, which is awful. This time I only had to leave it 3 days, still painful, but much better than 5-7! The off shore phone support is AWFUL. They do nothing but waste your time. They don't give a Sh...t about helping you fix the problem, I'm guessing because they get paid regardless. I've had two different "Total Techs" (off shore) tell me that I had a specific problem, and when I took it into the store, I had no such problem. They have also claimed that I had such a big problem that they needed to do some type of diagnostics to fix the problem, which they didn't per the guys in store.

I've been a subscriber for the past two years and have no plans to let this service lapse. It's paid for itself several times over and it provides peace of mind, which is difficult to put a price on! All the techs I've encountered have been highly trained and super-professional.

Warranty is always nice which it basically is for a decent but not great price. Definitely could be a higher value at $100 I’ve been a platinum member over a decade ago and have never had to use it I find it expensive even before the new model of having it

This has been very good for having my tvs delivered and installed plus a dishwasher also. We have taken full advantage of this plan. The tvs and dishwasher was more then we could handle and they did a great job at bringing them to us and installing them.

I avoided BB for a long time for various reasons, but last year i gave them another chance and the difference I've noticed are great. Inventory is great, online ordering is easy, equipment repair is now a breeze. My local BB in Destin is great and i check them first now whenever i need something tech.

This comes in handy if you have different products that you need serviced, hooked up or maintenance service.

Love my Best Buy total tech membership and LLP that comes with it. But miss the old program and it seems you are always taking things away and not giving more to us long time customers. If you want to keep people, you should offer more benefits versus give away.

I love total tech! I use it to clean up my computers yearly and it covers all my apple products. Can use them over the phone or schedule an appointment and take it my product. I have found the folks very knowledgeable and they have fixed all the tech issues that have come up.

I had been hesitant to pay for this coverage for quite some time. However, if you buy enough things from BestBuy and like the piece of mind of having the extra coverage, it quickly pays for itself. Getting AppleCare on apple devices is a huge bonus. Highly recommend if best buy is your go to.

Package got lost in transit and arrived late but wasn’t so bad I still got my item so all is forgiven

Useful if you get a lot from Best Buy. Things Apple Care with Apple purchases and Geek Squad support with other purchases is nice. Free delivery and installs for large device are nice as well. There certain installs that are not completely covered, but discounted. I wish that was better communicated.
