I love the fact every device I buy comes with a warranty. And the Exclusive deals I get really help make the Membership worth it! I saved almost $900 last year so it helped out a lot. I also had earbuds give out on me a year later but the warranty kicked in and i was able to swap them

This is a must if you love shopping at Best Buy. You can land discounts, free installation, and it extends many warranty coverages. If you don't shop at BB regularly...may not make sense. But I use it all the time.

Total tech support is a must have if you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy. The discounts and convenience are well worth it and even for a tech savvy person like myself it’s nice to have someone else to fall back on if I run into an issue I don’t have the desire or time to fix.

Amazing, it is super helpful especially when it comes to emergencies with any electronics. I had issues with my MacBook and Headphones and was able to successfully get them fix/replaced/ or receive partial refund.

Love this membership. For the little cost, I have received many benefits for no additional charges. Will only buy electronics from best buy and ensure I have the "My Best Buy Total" membership for each purchase.

We have been members of Best Buy Total (Formerly Best Buy Total Tech) for 2+ years. We utilized the benefits several times, and have saved more than twice the yearly membership cost. We’d give it 10 stars if we could! It’s a no brainer.

Lots of exclusions, asterisks, fine print... but great if you have Apple products because you save the cost of AppleCare, which is a must. And you do go to the front of the line if need phone assistance. I haven't used for geek squad or any purchased help so far (in two years).

Thankfully did not have to use it but it gave some piece of mind to some large purchases I had made

the geek squad really help with my laptop. The service was excellent.

I purchase the Best buy Total Yearly Subscription every year to make sure I don't have to worry about anything I buy.

I definitely recommend being a total tech member. You get excellent customer service! And the saving are epic! In my first year I save almost a thousand dollar in just protection plans. Total tech is one of those subscriptions that you actually need. Thanks Best Buy!

Overall I’ve been very satisfied with my Best Buy total membership! Thanks to the helpful service I’ve been able to cover and insure all products that have been purchased. If you got the extra coin might as well reap the benefits!

This program has helped me greatly. I had issues with a laptop a few days after i purchased it. Was ablw to return it no issues. Any upkeep with my products or exchanges is worth it with the extended return option with this program. The discounts are also a great bonus.

The My Best Buy Total™ Yearly Subscription is the best $ spent as we have several PC and laptops that have minor issues from time to time and just taking them into the store to assess and fix is easy and fast. Figure I've saved hundreds if I had to take it elsewhere.

I have renewed my prescription I have already had for a previous year so far I was able to accomplish quite a bit with the added benefits including building my own custom PC without having to pay for the assembly expense all I had to do was buy the parts

Unfortunately, due to my current circumstances, I recently had to cancel my Best Buy Total membership. However, I want to express my gratitude for the benefits it offered, and I am hopeful about rejoining in the future
