MBBT is a great service! Well worth the yearly subscription cost for the peace of mind it provides. I like to learn while problem solving as much as possible, but sometimes the problem is bigger than my abilities. Knowing I can call on MBBT techs to assist has been a lifesaver many times. I've used in-store, home visit, phone and chat options. Their techs are expedient, polite and professional. A great investment; highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you buy lots of Tech!! I was not sure at first if it was worth it but I have purchased several laptops in the past 2 years and the Total Tech subscription has fixed two of them after the 1 year warranty and repaired my desktop that the motherboard died on. It was super easy to bring my equipment to the store, it gets shipped, repaired and returned with the only hassle being taking it to the store and making sure I have my info backed up. Highly Recommended if you buy lots of tech!

Best Buy Total is TOTALLY worth the fee. Your dealing with electronics and you can easily get a glitch in a unit. This happened to me with an upscale coffee maker after the manufacturer warranty ran out after 12 months. Because I was a Best Buy Total Member I returned it and they cover it automatically for 24 months. I loved the coffee maker and they simply swapped it out with a new one. I'm back in business and very happy with my Best Buy membership!

You need to make enough purchases in order to get the full value. Recommend if you buy a bunch.

Total protection gives me the peace of mind that my product will be repaired if something goes wrong. I will always have someone to consult with.

It pains me that this is going away (Total Tech, at least)!! They have been so gracious and helpful through a move and purchasing new items. Every single person that has walked through our door has been so kind, knowledgable and respectful. We have had four TVs installed, a refrigerator delivered and repaired. All done with barely a wait and zero questions asked. We will continue with the service in it's new form, as long as it still benefits us.

I love the piece of mind when it comes to protecting electronics and appliances. Also the more you buy at Best Buy the best deal you get since you only buy this once and it will cover anything you buy after you have it. Definitely worth it. Just keep in mind if you discontinue it cuts off your coverage and theirs no way of going back. Made that mistake next time I added it was to late to cover phones I had purchased last last yer

The Best Buy Total Subscription is worth it when you consider everything you buy is covered under warranty. Given how my entire household goes through electronics, this is a no brainer to get coverage for EVERYTHING. The deals that pop up from time to time are a plus. Granted I do wish some of the deals were more regular and more aggressive on the pricing like they used to be in years past, but overall, there is value here that is delivered on a regular basis.

I was skeptical at first purchasing the best buy total subscription, but it was great investment. It saved me a ton when I needed to replace my appliances. The best buy techs came to install my appliance with no extra charge, in addition they'll extend the warranty as well. Its well worth it.

The absolute best being covered all year and believe me, it can pay for itself. Should anything go wrong? Read your items? I always make sure that it's renewed on time

This gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a place for help and/or a way to have my devices serviced without additional costs (there are a few additional costs but they are greatly reduced compared to other computer repair shops). The Best Buy and Geek Squad team members at my store are always helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.

This is my second year of belonging to Best Buy total protection program. I have nothing but compliments on the service, the expertise and the support that is available. I had an issue with my refrigerator and the individual I spoke to on the phone along with the technician that came to the house were wonderful. Each were respectful and knowledgeable in their own field. I will continue the service as long as it is available

I love that I can call and get immediate help and support especially on computer issues. When need a tech to come to my house to service any of the many items purchased from Best Buy an appointment is made within a reasonable timeframe. One time I had messed up the TV Surround Sound and they came out and fixed in a matter of minutes. I get every dollar worth of service.

BBY Total has been great for our home theater setup. Geek Squad installed two wall mounted Samsung TVs and a wall mount Samsung sound bar w/sub. We had an issue with the sound bar almost a year later. One phone call and they came out free of charge two days later and fixed it. Needed a new HDMI cable and he provided one free of charge as the original was no longer on site. The Agents are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Love that I can bring in anything and they will fix it. have brought several things in and they have fixed them for me.

Having this added security and prop for my new PC gives me peace of mind knowing I have support if needed.

Absolutely worth it just for Geek Squad remote and in-house computer help. Not to mention the installation of purchases. The reps are professional and don't leave until the job is done and you understand the hows and whys of what they've done.
