It was nice to know you get lower prices and technical help, even geek squad visits with this subscription. I only bought it because of the free installation it provided for my TV. For 1 year it is a little pricy unless you need a large installation to make it pay off.

Bestbuy Membership means a lot of savings and world class support. I am amazed with the benefits 2 yrs of accidental protection for all the puchases made at best buy as long as the membership maintained means purchases are protected and nothing to be worried.

This is a great program if you buy more expensive technology and appliances via Best Buy. One plan cover them all if you renew annually! No reason to buy and pay for separate coverages for service on appliances! Response on service calls has been great.

Definitely get this if you purchase alot from here. Especially for T. V and computers. They do charge additional fees now as well. So be prepared to pay more to exchange the item even with this plan. Kind of expensive but worth. You do have to renew it as well.

This is my second year with My Best Buy Total. Every time I have had to get help, any agent is available to troubleshoot. The one time my problem could not be fixed, they sent an agent to my house to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

This is the best thing ever. We did buying warranties for every item. Pretty much anything you buy through them is covered. Your phone. Your washing machines you're freezers TVs. This encourages me to buy all my items from Best buy.

Great service the geek squad team came out to help me with my tv when it wasn’t working. They’re kind and respectful to my house even put shoes cover on. The Best Buy total is awesome 100% recommendation it!

I have used this service several times in the last few years. Best Buy total tech has assisted with 2 laptops, a television, and the Wifi on the washer and dryer. They are always quick to respond and are patient when they explain things. I recommend this purchase

i LOVE my total Tech at Best Buy. I think if you purchase electronics you would be crazy not to have it. every electronic you buy comes with a two year "bumper to bumper" warranty and they mean it!

Can't live without Best Buy TotalTech. It's a no brainer, almost all your purchases are covered with insurance for 2 years automatically with every Purchase, also you get 24/7 Geek Squad customer service. What's not to love about that? It's worth the price.

My Best Buy Total plan is amazing. Got quick access to geek squad. Everything I buy comes with a 2 year warranty and gives me 60 days to take it back if I don’t want it. Highly recommend this.
