Well worth the $$. Have only had to pay minor parts fees and no service charges. It saves $$. Geek Squad very helpful when asking questions. Always willing to help to the best of their abilities. Very pleased.

My phone broke at a time when I couldn't afford to not have one and these guys came through in a bit way, replacing it with the exact model without any trouble. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes.

Their total tech membership is worth every single penny. The protection plans alone are worth the membership but the extra perks are a huge bonus!

expensive per year, but so far so good. if its super important major appliance, the tech guys do recommend getting a single extended warranty to make sure your not paying anything for repairs

This is by far the best purchase for a "non-tech" person, such as myself. I have taken electronics, especially laptops, in to the Geek Squad many, times and they have resolved all my issues. They are great with advice on purchases as well.

I love this plan cause I buy enough products to make it worth it for me, saved a ton of money on warranties I get a new phone ever couple years and lately have been upgrading my house to smart technology so warranties included is great!

Have the yearly membership and need new tv installed. The first and second time an installer came out and was knowledgeable and professional. The third time it was a different installer came out and was not knowledgeable on how to hook up the surround sound system and to hook up the antenna cable to get local stations. Because it wasn’t completed correctly, I asked for the installer that came out the first and second time, so the job could be done correctly. I was told that I was unable to Ask for a particular installer, although I’ve spent nearly $4,000.00 on tv, instsllation, tv bracket and five year warranty.

I HAVE RENEWED MY BEST BUY TOTAL YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION ONCE AGAIN, JUST BE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE APPLE CARE COMPONENT OF THE POLICY.

One of the best services from bestbuy but when you visit bestbuy store Germantown,MARYLAND, you will receive worst services from very unfriendly associates with unreasonable store manager.

Best buy for your money. I have purchased several appliances and didn't have to pay extra for delivery. Also, the geeks look at my laptop when I had a problem without having to pay extra.
