We buy all of our appliances and electronics from Best Buy because of Total Care. We had a small issue with a microwave and a tv. Both issues were addressed immediately because of this service at no additional charge.

This membership plan is well worth the money. For someone who is not computer savvy, the customer service is fantastic, and they are patient and answer all my questions in easy-to-understand terms.

It comes with AppleCare+ on top of if you need any software of hardware fixes. I called Best Buy and they were able to support me right away which was great! One of the best customer support services I have.
