Exceedingly helpful. Got my new laptop fixed when a part needed replacing. I was informed and talked through every step to getting it fixed and sent back to a store for pickup. I'm not worried about my devices or purchases.

Having a subscription to this is a must have, especially if you have multiple devices and don't want to pay extra to get it fixed. Definitely plan to renew on a yearly basis, it's worth it!

I highly recommend my Best Buy total yearly subscription if you make Best Buy your go-to store. In my experience, they sell good quality products but then life happens and you'll be glad you have this.

We buy all of our appliances and electronics from Best Buy because of Total Care. We had a small issue with a microwave and a tv. Both issues were addressed immediately because of this service at no additional charge.

I have had this since it came out under the other names. If you buy electronics or appliances, this pays for itself with the extended protection alone. Shipping, extra savings, support, installation, etc.

They changed alot of rules for the new membership but its a better buck for your money more lead way then they had more time to return if you find it cheaper they give you the difference

It comes with AppleCare+ on top of if you need any software of hardware fixes. I called Best Buy and they were able to support me right away which was great! One of the best customer support services I have.
