I blught two galaxies 22+ and ultra. They trade the ultra when camara broke. They replaced screen on 22+ wasn't offered a trade in option when intook the 22+ screen had a little deffect. Other then that good

I love this program and the yearly subscription is totally worth it just knowing we're protected on our purchases even after the warranty period is over is so great.

I didn’t understand the importance of this Membership but the savings are great! I’m home set up of any tv and mounting free amongst the total tech pricing for members. Got my TVs as a price non members could.

Have been members of Total Tech for 2-3 years now and love it. Geek squad protection is great and all Apple products get Apple Care for free! Also, the extended return time is a huge bonus.

Bought my Best Buy Total when we had the new stero put in our truck and have kept it us since. We got free install and we get free shipping on ordered items. More than pays for the cost of it.

Total Tech has been a great product/ service offering. There are major changes coming which may lessen this product and make it not worth it. This may also negate the extended warranty offers in place.
