I bought Best Buy’s total contract for a year. It is a great thing to have especially if you are illiterate like I am about computers, printers, maintenance, etc. great deal for the price.

I just don't have the skills or time to deal with my gadgets so prefer the assistance of Best Buy. The help has always been there for me no matter where I travel. Good stuff.

CONVENIENT. I WAS ABLE TO USE MY TOTAL CARE ACCOUNT TO COVER ANY OTHER APPLE PRODUCTS BOUGHT AT BEST BUY. IF PURCHASED ANYWHERE ELSE, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR APPLE CARE.

I have had Total Tech for a few years now and feel it is worth the price. I can call for support or go into the store if I want the Geek Squad to look at something with my computer.

It is awesome to have, you don't have to pay for anything you need done, like mounting the tv, techs to fix any problem you have with the tv, and delivery for free, makes saving money great

Joined and Best Buy professionals came out to my house and mounted my TV and sound system. They did an excellent job and I recommend joking the Best Buy program, very convenient.

It has been very useful having BestBuy Total and it saves you lots of money very quickly and easily when you shop at BestBuy for anything from Laptops to Appliances! Would highly recommend!

I will never give up Geek Squad. They are a pleasure to work with and have solved many technical issues for me that I cannot begin to understand.

All I can say is the BestBuy total plan is awesome! I will continue to purchase it on an annual basis. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in installation and protection.

So glad I purchased and renewed! I've used it 4 rimes now and they were always available. When i did have to wait on hold, it wasn't very long.

Absolutely worth it. The Geek Squad people are very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. And extremely patient! I like the perks included in Total Tech and will definitely renew.

So far, this program has saved us money, however I was disappointed that switching from Total Tech to the My Best Buy Total program eliminated some of the benefits of the Total Tech program.

Computer cleaning when I want it; no charge to come to my home for setting up new TV twice because I asked; reminders to have phone & computer updated before contract runs out.

Best Buy Total protection for the Geek Squad is well worth the price. Just one time using it can save hours of frustration when I can't get something to work. Their help is invaluable.
