CONVENIENT. I WAS ABLE TO USE MY TOTAL CARE ACCOUNT TO COVER ANY OTHER APPLE PRODUCTS BOUGHT AT BEST BUY. IF PURCHASED ANYWHERE ELSE, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR APPLE CARE.

You really do get your money's worth from the Total Tech membership, from product savings to free installation and carry-away. They continue to provide excellent support on past purchases as well!

I always try to get the product insurance from Best Buy. They have always been great on their continuous service. Highly recommended.

I bought Best Buy’s total contract for a year. It is a great thing to have especially if you are illiterate like I am about computers, printers, maintenance, etc. great deal for the price.

Joined and Best Buy professionals came out to my house and mounted my TV and sound system. They did an excellent job and I recommend joking the Best Buy program, very convenient.

I have had Total Tech for a few years now and feel it is worth the price. I can call for support or go into the store if I want the Geek Squad to look at something with my computer.

All I can say is the BestBuy total plan is awesome! I will continue to purchase it on an annual basis. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in installation and protection.

The Best Buy total tech is an awrsome membership to be apart of. The installation techs made everything painless. I would recommend this service to anybody ooking to update their home appliances!

I love the peace of mind in knowing that I don't have to worry about covering everything. When I buy something it's covered and I only have to renew once a year.

The annual fee charged for membership at the Best Buy stores is worth its value. This is my 3rd year using the Membership

Computer cleaning when I want it; no charge to come to my home for setting up new TV twice because I asked; reminders to have phone & computer updated before contract runs out.

I like knowing that my phone are covered if anything happens.

Usualy I trust them especialy when it come for electronic devices, I get my home and office best devices from them and when it come for customer services they are best as well.

When I did purchase this warranty, the remote control on my brand new Sony Bravia television started to malfunction and stopped working properly when I spoke to Best Buy and asked them about this. They said that it would not be covered under their television and it would not be covered under My Best Buy total. This suggestion was to use more money and purchase a generic remote control that did not have all the functions that I needed for my Sony television . I wish had good stuff to say about this warranty, but my TV is outlasted the actual warranty and it’s a $200 every year. It does not seem like it’s hardly worth it any of the purchase or purchases that you make on it. Yes, they are guaranteed to be covered however, most of the Tech will more than likely last well beyond the years that the warranty covers or the membership price that you pay for it you could just buy another item,

So far, this program has saved us money, however I was disappointed that switching from Total Tech to the My Best Buy Total program eliminated some of the benefits of the Total Tech program.

It is really good to get total tech geek squad, you really need it for the emergency that happen to your appliances, it’s really reliable..
