Get it! The 30 day price match is worth it alone never mind the Geek Squad and the option to have a professional wall mount your TV or Monitors, etc.

There is a lot of confusion with the subscription change from Best Buy Total Tech costumer to My Best Buy Total. I was charged the $199.99 price as a previous Total Tech subscriber, but I still don’t know if I get free extended delivery and in home help from Geek Squad like I use to get. Since Best Buy charged me for it I better get it!! Old customers are supposed to get same features until 2024. In my case July 2024. If I don’t, I I will not subscribe or buy from Best Buy again! Mixed up marketing messages! Bad decision by company.

This coverage is great and it’s not just for BB products. Chat, call, email, in-store, and/or in home help is always available. Wonderful security blanket for a non tech person.
