I originally bought into the program back when it was Best Buy Beta. It was great at the time. Super generous return windows, protection on all your products, VIP treatment over the phone and, the MOST IMPORTANT PIECE…free installation. I bought a TV for my living room and a home theater from magnolia for my basement exclusively because of the free installation. Now thats no longer a benefit, I’m going to run out my warranty and then cancel. Theres no value in the program anymore.
