Gtrat choice when buying new appliances because it includes free delivery and install...however...when we did it only one guy for four appliances arrived and we ended up with our brand new fridge in the garage for several weeks because it was too much for one guy. Overall i was happy with the investment up front...but because we never neede service the annual fee was excessive (no coverage for the things that fail or need replacing (dishwasher/washer...no annual filter clean, fridge no biannual filter change or annual maintenance.
