I always buy the Best Buy Geek Squad Membership plan. Because their service is fantastic. They have have come to my house to trouble shoot different products I have purchased . They have delivered big screen TV's and set them up. The technicians are knowledgeable. Patient and professional.

Gave me Free Installation of my UBER Refrigerator. It was also Free Installation of my Huge TV. Well worth it! I did not have to call over a friend or two to haul them upstairs and Put them together! Also the two groups of guys doing the assembly/install knew what they were doing and they were friendly/professional.

I can't be without this tool! I am a busy teacher and things can happen. This allows me to work, without worrying about little day-to-day mishaps. I love the people who work at Best Buy as well. They are very helpful and supportive. They are knowledgeable of all the questions I have as well.

I cannot even begin to tell you how worthwhile this Best Buy Total Subscription is. I purchased two phones this year and two computers and having this subscription saved me a lot of money!

We were skeptical, at first to purchase this plan, but over time it has paid for itself in many ways with additional Geek Squad installs and technical assistance. It’s made a huge difference in saving us lots of money and we intend on renewing it again for future protection and savings!!!!

Its worth it when i buy things from best buy alote or if anytime i need something and best buy carries it i buy it from best buy when i can. With that said i can say i love the protection plans that come with anything i buy and i can return or exchange something easily here as well. Best buy is eaay to work with.

This service is great. I am an older gentleman and not very tech savvy. I can always call or message my Geek Squad and I always receive the best answers and or help to any issues I may be experiencing. Great service and a great bunch of people.

Completely coverd delivery, installation including hanging on the wall and removal and disposal of the old TV and miscellaneous other benefits cheaper then paying for the same services individually. Unfortunately the benefits are being changed and I would not recommend paying the cost now days .

I am very happy with the Total Tech Service it gave me an extended warranty on three appliances I recently purchased. I also received free delivery and installation on all of the items. The delivery service men were very Professional clean and neatly dressed I was very impressed with them.

If you were someone like me, and you spend quite a few dollars at Best Buy per year, especially on appliances or major electronics, this is a must have. It pretty much pays for itself immediately. And having protection on your new purchases for two years at no extra cost is worth it.

This product is just like insurance. Yes, the price is somewhat expensive if you don't need to use it. But it is comforting to know that any issue I may have with any of my electronic devices is covered. Also, I get free shipping no matter the purchase price.

This is a good plan to have, all of the appliances i bought from them are so secure from the moment of my purchase infact i always have this feelings that can go wrong because. A call through always give you relief from your concern on your items but plan always safe purse

I easily made my money back with the installation of a new refrigerator, Tv, and Dryer! Not to mention, the discounts it saves you on holiday purchases! And to top it all off it also acts as a Warranty Plan! Total Tech is a Total Win! A must have for regular Best Buy consumers!

When I had issues with my gaming laptop I had issues with it and the total tech membership was well worth it cause I had to do 1 payment a year and I could have anything fixed that they were able to fix

This has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion. Geek Squad techs are always very friendly and extremely helpful. Worth every penny if you are not a techie yourself.

I got the total membership to keep products I've purchased from best buy and stuff I didn't buy from best buy repaired and it was great for cost. I was able to use the service to help my brother with his old computer that he needed files removed from and recycled and his current laptop ended up getting a virus that needed to be removed. Since I had the total tech membership the repair was free and we only had to pay for parts, and the recycled one I don't think cost us anything.

I have not found a subscription anywhere else that has the support like the Best Buy Total subscription. It covers everything I need for the money!
