best coverage for equipment, headphones, televisions you name it. I have been buying from best but for ten plus years and this coverage had made it even easier the past two years ive had it. worth its weight in gold. oh and fantastic customer service every time.

This is worth every penny. If I have any problem with my Surface Pro I bring it to Best Buy. Yes you have to make an appointment, but if you are disparate, you can check other stores nearby to find a convenient time. Most times I can walk out with my problem solved. I would not think of not having this contract

This is membership is a no brainer. Financially, it makes so much sense because electronics are not cheap and they sometimes do fail. This is the best way to protect your investment. I buy a lot of electronics for the whole family and I have been able to use this multiple times. This membership also includes free TV mount and sound bar installation with every purchase.

This gives me the peace of mind that if any problems arise I can call and get assistance.

I bought the Samsung 75 inch Crystal UHD CU7000 this tv looks better than the movies screens. Love samsung tvs.

The Program has a lot of benefits. I enjoyed the program while I had it and it helped me get settled in my new home with all the tech I needed. I would deffinetly re sign up for it in the. Future. Great savings .great protection and great benefits such as shipping and installing of items

I always buy the Best Buy Geek Squad Membership plan. Because their service is fantastic. They have have come to my house to trouble shoot different products I have purchased . They have delivered big screen TV's and set them up. The technicians are knowledgeable. Patient and professional.

Glad I purchased this safety net. If anything goes wrong, I can give a call & speak to someone. I have been renewing every year but didn’t realize home service was no longer included! Glad I haven’t needed that!

Very helpful and easy to work with, Haven't had any issues at all.

We weren't sure this would be worth the price but our first year it paid for itself! We had Total Tech and were able to have two items delivered and installed. And we had a tech come to the house and fix a problem on one of our computers. Not sure, if with the changes to the program, this second year will be found to be as valuable.

I got the total membership to keep products I've purchased from best buy and stuff I didn't buy from best buy repaired and it was great for cost. I was able to use the service to help my brother with his old computer that he needed files removed from and recycled and his current laptop ended up getting a virus that needed to be removed. Since I had the total tech membership the repair was free and we only had to pay for parts, and the recycled one I don't think cost us anything.

My Best Buy Total is a great membership to be a part of. In addition to shopping with great prices, they also offer incentives as well.

I can't be without this tool! I am a busy teacher and things can happen. This allows me to work, without worrying about little day-to-day mishaps. I love the people who work at Best Buy as well. They are very helpful and supportive. They are knowledgeable of all the questions I have as well.

This service is great. I am an older gentleman and not very tech savvy. I can always call or message my Geek Squad and I always receive the best answers and or help to any issues I may be experiencing. Great service and a great bunch of people.

Gave me Free Installation of my UBER Refrigerator. It was also Free Installation of my Huge TV. Well worth it! I did not have to call over a friend or two to haul them upstairs and Put them together! Also the two groups of guys doing the assembly/install knew what they were doing and they were friendly/professional.

We were skeptical, at first to purchase this plan, but over time it has paid for itself in many ways with additional Geek Squad installs and technical assistance. It’s made a huge difference in saving us lots of money and we intend on renewing it again for future protection and savings!!!!

Its worth it when i buy things from best buy alote or if anytime i need something and best buy carries it i buy it from best buy when i can. With that said i can say i love the protection plans that come with anything i buy and i can return or exchange something easily here as well. Best buy is eaay to work with.

I have not found a subscription anywhere else that has the support like the Best Buy Total subscription. It covers everything I need for the money!

Completely coverd delivery, installation including hanging on the wall and removal and disposal of the old TV and miscellaneous other benefits cheaper then paying for the same services individually. Unfortunately the benefits are being changed and I would not recommend paying the cost now days .
