    I renewed for Best Buy Total Tech and instead I'm getting told in my app that I'm using Best Buy Total. I called customer service to evaluate the issue and confirmed I do have the Total Tech membership. But this should be fixed according to what the customer has instead of defaulting to "Total". Otherwise, I'm quite happy with the service and will continue to be a customer for a long time.
