I buy exclusively from Best Buy because they have the best protection program. I love it!

Although totaltech is a decent product. Dont expect super epic customer service. My biggest peve is now, i am no longer able to make any online orders which is beyond annoying. Why? Who knows. The customer service is as if you didnt have TT. So now I am stuck to only in oerson store orders because no one can fix my online account. Their reason is unable to verify? But what and for whom? No one knows. One good thing is the auto protection plan which is a nice bonus. Just keep your subscription active for not having it will yield with no extended warranty. If you to shop once or twice a year here skip this and just pay foe the protection plan because most plan is priced nicely otherwise for 2 years paying 400 for only a couple products is not wise.

It is an excellent option because it not only protects your device, but also provides other services such as its installation at a cheaper price and in many cases extends the warranty period.

Since subscribing to My Best Buy Total, I have had a television mounted, a new dishwasher and new oven and microwave installed and my refrigerator’s ice maker repaired. I really love the Geek Squad!!!
