    This is my second time attemp at this review because I wasn’t able to upload the picture. I had this feature for 3 years and never used it and when I decided to use it I had to pay extra to get someone to go check my 75+ inch tv . A sudden line is on my tv is faded I can see the tv but the line is just there. It’s a malfunction form the manufacturer but I couldn’t get none to take this tv to the store for me and for someone to go to my home and check it out I had to pay so much money. Yes this call was recorded so you can go review that! Waste of money .

    So i'm paying $200 yearly for this total tech membership because i was deluded into thinking this made me a preferred customer when it came to service. It does no such thing. Just labels you as a sucker. Try to get something you bought at "Best Buy" (more like worst buy) serviced in a reasonable time because you pay extra for preferred care. You're lucky if they can get to you this month. What a con job.

    This was a great deal. When you bought an item from Best Buy you would get free delivery and install now you do not that is why I do not pay for this service any more.

    Well up until now it’s been good but it’s changing and will not have near the same value in the future according to the email I received. The coverage and /or extended warranty has been what kept me purchasing from BestBuy. I think this is TotalTech.

    i have been a BestbuyTotaltech member for two years. That is the higher $200 plan. At first it made sense because there was a lot more installation services at no cost and special sales included. I have watched these perks be taken away from the Totaltech plan to the point of it being usleless to me. So I downgraded to the lesser $50 plan. I am a fan of BestBuy and I spent $15,000 there over the last couple of years. I expect more. If you keep taking away the benefits your loyal customers enjoy then why not go elsewhere?

    This membership was a renewal. But new plans were introduced and I think the original membership was downgraded. This would be a good service if I had a use for it but the cost is high and under the circumstances I won’t renew again.

    horrible customer service, i accidentally cancelled my membership with 1 day to go since i was having trouble adding a new card to repurchase it with a different one, but apparently when you do that they cancel all your coverage even if its a day old you loose it all. I called customer service and just flat out refuse to let me add it again so that i loose all my warranties. very disappointed in this company would not recommend

    Weak Benefits and Discounts. Not enough deals to motivate you to randomly buy something. The regular promotions offer better deals and don't require membership.

    I was having problems with one of my cameras. They sent out three technicians. Neither one of them knew what they were doing. I ended up calling another company to check out the camera and I had to take it back to Best Buy and have it replaced. Since they sold the Geek Squad the New Company has been terrible.

    Not at all worth the money. Warranty is not serviced as explained. Staff and management get an A+ rating in crude and Rude. F in knowledge and customer service.

    This would have been a GREAT product but the last few times i took my laptops into the geek squad to fix i got charged for larger hardrives i was told i NEEDED and in reality i didnt need and they only screwed up ny laptops more. This would be a great thing to have but for the cost and the problems they caused on my equipment i just dont know that i trust them any longer.

    Bad experience, their sistem didn’t work, I choose to pay monthly for some items and not by year and they take out all and the agent keep telling me all was okay just give the sistem time after time they said all was just cancel , so I lose my apple care etc … they didn’t fix it, they said they sostén take off is nothing to do

    I bought the expensive 85 inch Neo QLED 8k TV and on top of that I paid $200 for Total Tech support. The remote on the TV doesn't have replaceable battery. The remote stopped charging after 10 months. And I couldn't operate the TV. I spent hours on the phone and also had someone come to my home to troubleshoot. They recommended me to go to the store and said I will get a replacement remote. I went to the store and they still couldn't replace my remote after so many days and spending so much time on this issue. The service is not at all useful.

    I purchased this because I needed help with my phone and nobody would look at it without some sort of a plan. This was the cheapest plan I could buy.

    This is a full scam. It does not have any value and try scheduling a service call. You will find out the fun service this guy's provide. Prepare to be on the phone for hours. Then if they do show up will perform bad work damage your house. Then the insurance company they forward you will never call you back or pay for the damage.

    poor customer service when needing help and follow up. hard to get hold of the right department. for any issue you have to be transferred at least 5 times, and many promises made but not fulfilled. too expensive for a poor service. seems only few representative knows what they are doing? or know how to really help without wasting customer's time.

    Never refunded me my coverage when I tried cancelling over the phone two years ago. They said they cancelled it about the 15th time I called. Never got a refund and come to find out they were still charging me. Highly disappointed in service over the phone and disappointment in the entire staff of Best Buy employees for customer care. Never going back to Best Buy or buying things online much less.
