Ended up having several issues with installation and appointments being canceled because of type of installation. Hit or miss with great or poor knowledgeable installers.

I originally got this because if you bought a wall mount, it would be installed at no additional cost. I had it for a while then went to buy a wall and found out that now you have to buy a tv with it for them to install, and it’s only at a discount. Completely pointless for me as I don’t buy a new tv every year. Wasted money.

TRASH. I spent $2500 at bestbuy on an alienware laptop plus the extra crap subscription they sold me. Only for it to run out and the second I take the laptop in to get it checked out, they try charging me $700 dollars.

I have bought 1 Total Tech package in '22 and '23. I got charged for 2 in '22 and it took an instore employee to fix this for me after about 6 months I got a credit for it. But....BB doesn't have such a thing as installation! Free or not. Such POOR help on the phone and on-line. I've never used this package as it's difficult to use when all of my appliances sat in our garage for 12-13 months in our garage. So why buy a package like this?????

This is basically the kind of perks Best Buy used to give you just for being a good customer and spending a lot of money with them each year, but now you get the luxury of having to pay for it. I signed up for the total tech plan only because they offered free appliance installation and haul away which made it well worth the price. Just over a year later, i am "upgraded" to this weak excuse for a membership that no longer offers the one feature i wanted. Epic fail!

Expensive and not that many benefits. I originally got this because I needed to get a PS5 for my husband.

Worth the money? Not quite sure about that. It would be nice if they offered better/ more exclusive deals aling with the membership.

This is ok but $200 a year is steep. I rarely shop at BBY anymore since I stop working there.

Old one was great. Don’t like new changes..No one likes a downgrade.

Purchased renewal Total tech plan in May 2023 for $199. Cancelled 10/30/2023 (5 months used should be $82.91) and they refunded my only $33.40 as a pro rated amount. I asked why it wasn't $116,09 (which is 7 months left on plan date) they replied that is what the system calculated. So no logic is used just an flawed computer application ripping folks off.

Total tech is a total scam .. they service people delayed entering the ordering of parts that have held up my service and cost me money . The customer service team did not even call to let me know my appt was cancelled costing me a fortune - not worth the money . Go to ABT where they stand by their products and service

I am a Totel-Tech Member, waiting to buy 3 iPhones and no T-Mobile. Best Buy could have created an alternative plan. Negotiated with Apple for Unlocked Phones offered fair tradein value for the phones since BB can refurbish and resell them. So many creative ways BB could have handled T-Mobile not wanting to partner with an awesome company like Best Buy!

Unfortunately another yearly PAID subscription , I didn’t remember to utilize! (Until it was too late) ugh

I finally needed to us my BB Total Tech for a Sony TV I'd bought from Best Buy that wasn't working. The first appointment for someone to come look at it and troubleshoot was over a month out, then it was going to be a month or so after that they'd be able to schedule someone to come and actually fix it. What a waste of money!

Jerked around every time there is an issue. The people on chat are useless, the phone people slight less useless but still terrible. No communication between customer service and the stores. Get steered the wrong direction every time. They promise a lot and then make you beg to get what is was they promised. Way to difficult to reach a resolution.

When you purchase the protection your told that any electronic can be brought in however is not everything. I’ve purchase several things one of my computers don’t qualify because I purchased it 3 years ago. And one that I’ve taken 2 they won’t allow me to exchange it
