You buy it and you have peace of mind. But when you need it, it doesn’t work! Haha. Isn’t that something! The reps are extremely polite but they can never reach resolution. Their supervisors are the same. “ system didn’t let me” “ it has to go through the back end” whatever that means

My Best Buy Total account ended up costing me more over 3 years than it saved.

Purchased to have warranty coverage on appliances. Absolutely a worthless purchase regarding warranty. They want to charge you for a service call in addition to the yearly total tech. What's the point in paying for totaltech if you have to pay for the service call.

Garbage they lie about what and how it covers and if you dont have the over priced subscription you cant return or exchange anything after 15 days

I liked the wat being a total tech was before the change. You basically took all the good things away, and we are basically paying for no real services. Not like before. I was ok with paying, but now? I hate it. It's all about the bottom dollar. We never get to keep the good things. I'm unhappy.

Total Rip off, purchased 6 appliances, to get the 5% off. then when appliances came the fridge was cancelled. Then the only fridge they had available was $300 more, which in effect stole my 5% advantage.

I would have wished the sales representative would have explained the product to me a little better. I was told it covers 2 years, but was not informed payment is yearly or else program get terminated and it’s not covered for 2 years. It’s more like a yearly product.

Not sure i would have continued into year 2 if i had known BB was changing member benefits. Poor decision on their part to cheapen the program. I can easily shop elsewhere and get free delivery and haulaway. No reason to continue it. Save yourself the cash.

Awful. Most, not all, of the techs are inexperienced and not knowledgeable. Waste of time and money

I’ve have never seen a bigger executive management mess in my life. This place wins the all time loser award for incredibly bad customer interaction. The CEO is a cookoo for coconuts. ZERO STARS!!!!

I had the plan and was supposed to get a free assembly of a griddle I purchased. No one ever came to assemble it and no one followed up on it. I called several times and no one responded.

this does not cover anye refurbished itesm just fyi. I learned the hard way. Also It hasnt been great I dont find the staff to really know that much about the canon camera I purchased from them.

The charge of over $200 is way too high for customers who do not purchase many products, however it is a good membership who uses its services often. Also the representatives cheats customers into charging and renewing without customers consent.

Free delivery and install was the ONLY reason i could justify a $200 a year total tech membership. Changing it to my best buy total and taking away that benefit is an absolute slap in the face to the customer. I will not be renewing next march.

Samsung and worstbuy are a joke. Products and service are a joke. Three calls and still not fixed. Went without product for over a month. All they want to do is reschedule another appointment. Don't waste your money.

Do not buy this it is a waste of time. Use manufacturer warranty that comes free with your product. I realized I have wasted hundreds of dollars when I can rather just call the manufacturer and let them fix or replace my item for free.

When it was called Total Tech it was worth the cost. Now that it has changed and does not include free shipping and installation for me it isnt worth the cost.

Very disappointed in this service for which I have had membership now for he last three years. I rarely use u when I have used, service has bee well below expectations

Was misled I was led to believe that this was a warranty that I have used with them years ago. Was not told that I will be charged a year later a fee. It was canceled because they just was deceiving.
