Not worth it if the service center is going to take over a month in shipping to and form and NOT even repair my son's pc.

Don't get this. Just use the manufacture warranty and you'll be fine.

Wouldn't buy it again. What's there is good but the person who did my most recent transaction was distracted, non engaging and didn't tell that removal was only available with set up.

don't waste your time Best Buy does not provide support instead you sit in chat or the phone for hours talking to someone on the other side of the world! GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

Too expensive, I don’t really use it. And it still costs $100 even with total tech to get someone out to service an item I purchased. Overpriced like everything else.

Not worth it. No benefit on being a member. Don’t show up for appointments and don’t even apologize for that. They made me feel like they were doing a favor for something I paid for.

Expensive for options and value. Coverage is poor, and deductible arent advertised when signing up, but when a product breaks you have to pay a deductible based on the products cost.

Total Tech is a scam avoid it at all cost. They will not fulfill their contract

Wish I had my $200 back! Two appointments and still couldn't get oven installed and no one at Best Buy cares at all! Best Buy membership worthless.

Crooks !! Added and made pay for it without my consent. Good luck trying to cancel. The issue gets passed around from department to department like a hot potato.

This was a horrible purchase… Geek squad hung my tv crooked and it’s still that way because I am afraid of touching it.

Phone answering people sound sincere but computer algorithms so poor they have no idea what’s happening with inventory and delivery

Very disappointed that Geek Squad will no longer part of the service when my current renewal expires. It's the whole reason I subscribed!

Why? It doesnt cover anything and Customer Service is terrible. This used to be a good bargain but now its a waste of $200
