I am very thankful I have My Best Buy Total..The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because I find it a little odd that you pay a fee for the year but then there is a charge if you need to have someone come to the house.

It has been a very good offer as I have had to use it multiple times with various devices which is the best thing about it, that it is not specific to a single device but rather covers all your purchases

Best Buy Total Tech is the best program I have ever used! Many companies provide free shipping, but this program includes consulting, shipping, installation, extended support and MORE. With this program Best Buy has not only sold us all of our in-home entertainment, they have also installed and configured all of it; including 3 OLED displays, 3 Apple TV units, 3 articulation mounts, 2 Sonos Arc systems installed on the articulating mounts, and a Sonos Amp to power 5 zones of existing speakers in our back yard! And all of this working on the Eero Wireless Mesh network they installed. Now that is what I call my BEST BUY total!

we have saved so much $ when we purchased our new refrigerator since we had "total" we got free delivery and haul away of old one, also an extended warranty that almost paid for our yearly price.

If you buy tech, and you buy it from BestBuy, then you should have this membership. Covers everything you purchase through them and gives you peace of mind.

The Geek Squad auto renews your service at the end of the contract. I hadn't realized that and though I'd mentioned that to the phone representative when I paid off the Best Buy account it does not count as Best Buy and Geek Squad are different entities. Summary; Best Buy customer service kindly explained to call GS and gave me the number to call. I called and explained my dilemma, spoke with Ceasar and he was very gracious and cancelled the renewed service plan. I am very grateful that I did not have to experience any anxiety with this. I will definitely utilize Geek Squad service on any future purchases from Best Buy as they were very helpful during the initially purchased plan.

Pricey but I still have appliances covered and need the service. It has paid for itself last year with coverage on a router damaged by lightening.

Love my total tech membership. Always worth the peace of mind. If you're going to purchase the phone you may as well get the total take that way you have it for everything else you purchase for the year.

I've used my Total Tech Membership a few times and it's been a few experience. Hold time is brief when calling, scheduling maintenance is easy, and they are always so pleasant to work with.

Purchased this along with my Skylight Calendar. 4 months later, I was able to do a price match with another product. Saved $100 which more than paid for the subscription.

Best Buys warranties and stands by their items. If you have an item that has issues they help with fixing the issue and satisfying us the consumer.

I broke my MacBook and it totally replaced it. Crazy value definitely worth it. If you are in college or traveling this is a must have.

In my opinion, overall it is not worth it unless you purchase big items often. The local delivery service benefit was removed which caused longer delivery times; this was a main feature for me. The total tech discounts are compeltely random and often on products that are not very desirable. These discounts are also not exclusive, as they can often also be found on Amazon for the same discounted price. I do like the free installation benefit and the extended warranty on some items. The total tech customer service is not very efficient and can care less if you cancel the service.

MY BEST BUY TOTAL is a great deal giving me access to the Geek Squad support and additional discounts. Definitely valuable if you frequently buy tech and updating your kitchen and laundry.

I always purchase yearly subscription!! The best buy for me to always have help available to help me navigate technology problems.

We were forgetting to use it. When we have, we have been very pleased with the benefits. We feel like it is really worth it and have used it for more than the cost a few times already.
