It’s been good for the little we used, can’t say much yet, quality of delivery and installation depends on who is doing it, some are great and some are very rude

The protection covered repair for my computer when I got a blue screen. They managed to recover most of my data, and even backed it up on a USB drive for me!! However, I did have some issues when the Samsung A-52 I purchased from BestBuy a year earlier went black screen. They said they couldn't fix it, but they would send me a replacement, and I would send back my broken phone within a specified time limit. When I got the new phone, it would go into auto-system updates 2-3 times a day. I tried scheduling it for 2 A.M. it didn't work. A few days later the phone wouldn't charge. I went to BestBuy to try a new charger, when it still wouldn't charge I spoke to Geek Squad. They were helpful, and put a note in my account verifying the phone was malfunctioning. later that day the screen on the replacement phone went black as well. Now I have 2 useless phones... I took my old phone and had the screen replaced. I called customer support, asked if I could send them the replacement phone back instead of my original phone. They said that was NOT an option, and if I didn't send my phone I would be charged $250.00. The only option they gave was for me to send my working phone to them, and keep a broken phone they sent me, and wait for a replacement... AGAIN! I asked to speak to management, they said management would just reiterate what was already said to me by support, and no one was available at that time anyway, but someone would call me back. I never got the call-back. I called again the next day, and asked if I could take the broken phone into BestBuy and trade it in as a working phone, rather than wait on another replacement in the mail. After a lot of explaining, they agreed. When I went to trade the phone in, they only offered $5.00 trade-in value! For something they wanted to charge me $250.00 for. I ultimately had to spend hundreds on a new phone, and send them the phone I had fixed, to avoid the $250.00 fee. I had to go to another location to pick up the phone, when I got there they said there was a random security hold on the payment. I wasn't able to get my new phone until the next day. I'm giving an average rating, because they did fix my computer without any hassle.

I enjoyed having it. I got cheaper products at Best Buy, plus you get free installation on most electronics. I will get it again someday soon.

This has been a great investment. The technicians for Geek Squad have done a tremendous job not only installing products, but explaining how to work them as well.

I’ve always been skeptical of annual service plans, but ive had to replace quite a bit of major appliances and electronics this year. The first year the kitchen appliances delivery, install, haul away, and extended warranty paid for itself. Kitchen installers were great and the Geek Squad TV installers were very professional setting up, moving a tv and did a nice job with wire management. On top of these items I’ve purchased all my apple product as they offer free Apple Care warranty. You do have to maintain the membership to keep the warranty’s but i just renewed another year as i have a few more purchases coming up. Great Value Great Product.

Good service to have but u got reduce the trip charge for what we pay monthly n yearly it isn’t fair to charge so high for trip charge to come see issue on items. We pay monthly per item plus year fee

I would be leary on this. Alot of the features that I used abd preferred will be phased out within a year. The extebwarranties are nice but i never purchased them to begin with

Excellent to have peace of mind . Don't have to worry about getting technical support when you need it . All Tech's are very knowledgeable about their job .

This plan has been a lifesaver. I don’t have to worry anymore about supplemental insurance plans. Scheduling for service in store is super easy and they’re always very quick.

When I bought it, installation of large screen TV's and Home audio systems purchases were included for Free, now you just get a discount.

This service is well worth the money. We had a refrigerator and a stove doe on us inside a year and because we purchased this the install and removal were at no extra cost.
