I just bought a a new laptop and I had help with the setup and transfer of my data. I’m so thankful for the time that they spent with me. I’m 66 and I am uncomfortable with the setup. They also discover that my new laptop had many viruses. I am so glad that I did not try this on my own.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the beginning, I was concerned about whether this subsciption would be worth it, but since I travel and have multiple devices, It's totally worth the value of tune-ups, evaluation and detection of problems, and mostly, very honest opinions on whether an uncovere repair is worth the cost based on the age of the device. Great team, I make appointments and never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

Best money I spent this year

I have had endless issues with my computer not working well with my AT&T Wifi. It still doesn't work great with the wifi, but Geek Squad did everything possible to rule out any issues that could be fixed short of rewiring my house for a web network or switching internet providers. I took up hours of their time, and they patiently worked with me.

A small price to pay for the service received

Before there is a problem I can have someone remotely clean/tune up my computers. Which I do....often! My only complaint would be the Geek Tech support, I've noticed is getting slower and slower to access and get results. But the resource on that and our other purchases has been invaluable.
