I used this Best Buy service for a couple of basic inquiries as well as new cell phone set-up. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I have an issue with by HP Envy 360 screen flickering and going blank every 3 months or so. To fix is a bit expensive. However, staff recommended that I attach a separate monitor that I keep in the closet. Great idea! Thank you

This offers so much from free shipping, free install, 20% repairs on appliance that was NOT purchase at bestbuy, returns longer then normal, free 2 year protections on most! I cant tell you how many times Keurig Coffee Maker broke within 2 years, switching to NINJA! This is second time I purchase this plan as I renewed mine to protect my investment. Some repairs require service and appointments for geek squad, be sure to read your plan and ask questions.

This is the best deal for my family, because we have over 10 to 15 different types of electronics that the Geek Squad is their to help our family with. I just bought a a new laptop and I had help with the setup and transfer of my data. I’m so thankful for the time that they spent with me. I’m 66 and I am uncomfortable with the setup. They also discover that my new laptop had many viruses. I am so glad that I did not try this on my own.

I use this resource ALL THE TIME. Before there is a problem I can have someone remotely clean/tune up my computers. Which I do....often! My only complaint would be the Geek Tech support, I've noticed is getting slower and slower to access and get results. But the resource on that and our other purchases has been invaluable.

In the beginning, I was concerned about whether this subsciption would be worth it, but since I travel and have multiple devices, It's totally worth the value of tune-ups, evaluation and detection of problems, and mostly, very honest opinions on whether an uncovere repair is worth the cost based on the age of the device. Great team, I make appointments and never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

This is the best $200 I spent this year. This guys are great. I have had endless issues with my computer not working well with my AT&T Wifi. It still doesn't work great with the wifi, but Geek Squad did everything possible to rule out any issues that could be fixed short of rewiring my house for a web network or switching internet providers. I took up hours of their time, and they patiently worked with me.

Love Best Buy and the items I have purchased there! They have always honored their warranties and assist when needed! Sometimes you do have to wait! They will get it done! I have no complaints at this time!
