Have had Total Tech Support for a few years, has been fantastic, however they are now changing the services covered, reducing many of my favorite options such as deliver and install appliances and the Webroot protection while not reducing the price much at all. Not sure if I will continue to pay so much each year for greatly reduced coverage/services.

Service offers peace of mind that when tech issues arise, there are people on standby to help. Love the ease of use and the professionalism of the tech pros.

This protection plan has been a great peace of mind

I purchase quite a bit from Best Buy so it makes sense to have Best Buy Total to protect all my products. Previous to this program, I'd have to purchase the protection plans for each individual items, which would range it price depending on the items. I like just paying yearly and have most, if not all, my products covered automatically.

Great membership program and worth every penny if you buy/own a lot of electronics. Discounts on Apple products too (saved almost $100 on my new iMac desktop) with discounted pricing on most items. It's like everything is always on sale. Plus the free 2 year protection plan for everything I buy, Geek Squad support, free 2 day shipping, extended return window, and on and on.

Had a recurring problem with a Whirlpool washer. Whirlpool kept replacing parts, but would not replace the washer. This continued beyond the year warranty with no resolution. Told Best Buy and they gave us a full refund under the total care plan. We purchased a new different brand washer and are very happy. Thank you Best Buy!

Works great for repairs and making sure the computer are working properly.

I’m not computer savvy at all, and constantly mess my laptop up, one call to geek squad, explain the problem they take over my computer and POW no more problem till I mess it up again. Well worth membership I use it multiple times a year for all my electronics
