I do purchase quite a bit from Best Buy and the discounts have been great. Plus free shipping, tv installation discount, extended returns, and apple care + for 2 yrs on my new MacBook. Haven’t had too many issues or repairs to evaluate the warranty aspect but customer service has been excellent. 24/7 tech support!

With Best Buy Total, I was able to replace the damaged cell phone free of charge for another cell phone (up to the value of the cell phone damaged when purchased). So lucky to have purchased this program.

Geek Squad Best Buy yearly subscription

It has paid for itself more than once. it covers the Geek Squad computer needs or any technology, webroot subscription, discounts on purchases, free delivery and take away of old products, set up. I have the BB credit card too, so together there is also option for instore dollars on next purchace or no interest for a period of time.
