Happy with my purchase

Professional installation and the installer even vaccumed up the saw dust from the additional cuts he had to make installing it. Very pleased with the whole process. My other ovens wouldn’t keep the temperature and finally burned out. I got a really good deal on a Black Friday sale and jumped at it.

Then a tech came to my home (no charge) and we realized that I needed a new computer. In the store I was helped to buy the right computer for me and got a No-charge appointment for a tech to come and install it. All very smooth.

Very satisfied with Best Buy Total Tech

They have fixed many problems on the computer and are always available and very helpful. They also clean up my computer monthly and all this for just an annual subscription...well worth it.

It gives us such peace of mind to be able to troubleshoot our laptop and computer issues with no stress. The added bonus of easy access to installation and tech support for all of our TV's, laptops , soundbars, sub woofers, etc.! One stop shopping is the way to go!

Different memberships are available, but we will never leave Best Buy's Geek Squad and their Best Buy Total Application.
