    Geek Squad has helped me several times in the past two months with problems with my old computer. Then a tech came to my home (no charge) and we realized that I needed a new computer. In the store I was helped to buy the right computer for me and got a No-charge appointment for a tech to come and install it. All very smooth.

    I have been a member of Total Tech for 4 years and have been extremely pleased with the service. They have fixed many problems on the computer and are always available and very helpful. They also clean up my computer monthly and all this for just an annual subscription...well worth it.

    Having the Best Buy Total Membership and 24/7 Remote Access to tune-up, add/remove software, or any other technical difficulties is worth every cent of our yearly. Different memberships are available, but we will never leave Best Buy's Geek Squad and their Best Buy Total Application.

    My Best Buy Total is a great deal. The cost is minor compared to the services that you receive for basically no charge. Actually since I have had the protection - for several years - I have not spent any money on any services performed by the Geek Squad.

    We could not live without our Tech Total subscription. It gives us such peace of mind to be able to troubleshoot our laptop and computer issues with no stress. The added bonus of easy access to installation and tech support for all of our TV's, laptops , soundbars, sub woofers, etc.! One stop shopping is the way to go!

    Good if get what you need, with no additional cost, but when you end up not having any computer / TV issues, then the money goes down drain. I wish it would include more, but it does give piece mind knowing that one has something to fall back on when something malfunctions. Items do get fixed pretty quickly, and the geek squad is very good at keeping customer in the loop and being informative. Things usually get successfully fixed.
