My Best Buy Total yearly Subscription is GREAT INSURANCE!!! There have been times when I took my computer into the store. They cleaned it up and EDUCATED me too! With the change for me next year, internet subscription will be separate from membership but price change will be $5.00 increase. It is always great service at the store and the geek guys.

Gives me confidence that I will get a fair price and I have a whole team at my disposal if I need help.

My Best Buy Total is a great deal. The cost is minor compared to the services that you receive for basically no charge. Actually since I have had the protection - for several years - I have not spent any money on any services performed by the Geek Squad.

I enjoy the tech services provided by the rewards program. I have contacted the tech team multiple times to trouble shoot my computer several times.

Good if get what you need, with no additional cost, but when you end up not having any computer / TV issues, then the money goes down drain. I wish it would include more, but it does give piece mind knowing that one has something to fall back on when something malfunctions. Items do get fixed pretty quickly, and the geek squad is very good at keeping customer in the loop and being informative. Things usually get successfully fixed.

Local support from Geeks at Bests Buy is good deal - friendly, patient, professional.

This protection plan came in handy. I had a laptop that had the fan go out. They told me where to get the part I brought the laptop back in and they repaired it at no cost. I almost gave up the plan but now I am glad that I kept it. You never know when you might need an electronics repair.

Would be lost without My Best Buy Yearly Subscription. I am not a technology expert and need help from time to time and these guys know what they are doing.

Can’t say enough about this service. They have not only helped me with technical problems but also came to my home and made excellent recommendations for replacement TVs Internet, sound bars, etc. then, they came and installed everything! Can’t say enough good about this program.

Make way more use of this service than it costs and I am so grateful to have the support.

I recommend this to all of my friends, and actually while I was in line for Geek Squad, I convinced a customer to sign up for it! Too funny. Jeramiah just smiled at me, and the lady was thrilled as it covered the problem she had just by buying it. I would be a great spokesperson for this product. :)

The yearly subscription is good to have because whenever you have anything needing to be worked o. You can count on if.

Always found it useful especially with appliances. Worth the buy and dont ha e to worry about appliances breaking down. Geek squand Total Tech personnell are there to help you.Appoi tment also available within the week and sooner if an emergency. Definitely better than some other civerages like American Shield out there.
