If you have never purchased the Best Buy Total subscription, stop what you are doing and get the subscription. It has saved us so much frstration and the Geek Squad in particular has been responsive and helpful online and in store. Just do it!

I love the ease it provides to schedule tech assistance and to just be able to walk in the store to get assistance. Megan (Santa Clarita, Ca. store) is very profesional answering my questions and explaining in terms easy to understand. And willing to demonstrate if necessary.

I appreciate the geek squad and their help in getting things done.

I cant say enough about total tech. They rock!! We have been customers for several years and very well worth the money. We have used them for computer stuff, TV stuff , phone pretty much anything electronic they get you throught it. I love these tech geeks!

This program is terrific. Our new stove was delivered, set up and old stove was removed at no additional charge and automatic extended review at no additional charge. Also have had some computer issues and all issues cleared up remotely with a simple phone call

Find myself constantly buying appliances with BB and this Total Tech is a must have if you spend your money their like we do. Major value when you buy your apple products with Total Tech as well cause it cheaper than buying direct on apple and it includes apple care at no additonal cost! Sign up if you havent lol

We signed up for the Total Program and have received great benefits from it. We subsequently purchased two major appliances and the removal and installation were covered for both. We also used it for repair coverage on our older computer. This has saved us a lot of money.

This program is nice to have, especially if you have tech that needs to be repaired. Its nice to drop your tech off at geek squad and have them fix your issues, usually at no cost, unless they have to order parts, then you have to pay for the parts. I never used them for the install perk, because i live too far away from the store. Another thing that is nice is the total tech sales, you can usually find a good price on tvs, computers, etc..

In the past few months, I have experienced scams involving my computer. My Best Buy Total Yearly Subscription was wonderful in recovering my desk top computer. All the Geek Squad agents were extremely helpful, experienced and amazing! I am especially happy to have my three family trees intact and working!

Definitely worth every dollar spent on the yearly plan we purchase. It provides many great deals on anything need plus one great feature is we get to have the Geek Squad completely go thru our computer every year to make sure it is running clean & strong. It is a great plan to have!

With the amount of equipment I buy from Best Buy, having best buy total is a must to protect my products and sense of assurance. I know if there is an issue it will be taken care of by the Best Buy team. Thank you for making it affordable as I have used the service as needed.

Love the program. Used it to service my laptop, purchase/install a television, and a washing machine. The delivery and installation of the washing machine and the television were covered. As a member I got a discount. Well worth it.

It was great when I had it. It provided protection against any viruses and I used it for it for TV mounting, which saved a lot of money.

Worth the price. I get the 24 months of protection on everything.

I, recently, bought a new TV. The sales person at BB in Marina, CA was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had the TV delivered and installed under my Total Tach membership. These services were provided at no cost. The agent did a great job installing the TV and syncing the remote.

This is such a great value and overall service from Best Buy. It is like having my own IT Department through the Geek Squad team as well as expertise across all areas to give me the best advice on various products from TV and Computer to Home Appliances. I really value this annual subscription service.
