For the nominal yearly amount paid for this service, I have more than gotten my money's worth. To have help anytime day or night and the protection with it is like having gold. The staff that I have dealt with have only been professional and extremely knowledgeable. Well worth having this service!

My yearly Best Buy Protection is added peace of mind. Although in most cases I do not use it ), but it is good to know if I needed it I know where to go. This actually goes beyond the 1 year manufacturing warranty. Love that Best Buy offers this particular protection.

You will have computer problem that you can not fix. My Yearly Subscription has paid for itself many times. This is a must subscription.

My geek squad subscription is in jeopardy because of a change of home services that will be removed. Other than that, I totally love my subscription and association with Bestbuy. I wouldn't mind some feedback on this subject before my subscription runs out this June. As far as if I would recommend the item; I don't think so, I'm not sure.

Having all my tech covered under my Total Tech program is the best thing since sliced bread…as they say. Whenever we have issues all we do is call the Geeks and it’s fixed. In the extremely rare case where they can’t, we make an appointment at Best Buy and bringing it in at our convenience.

This annual subscription is a life saver. You get superior service, discount on buying products which eventually pay the price of this membership. If you shop at Best Buy, then this is a no brainer and you need to have this to safeguard and protect all your electronic items!

So many little issues come up, especially for an older guy like me who didn't grow up with modern tech. I love having a go-to plan for resolving most of them.

My Best Buy Total coverage has been a godsend as this Baby Boomer really struggles with technical matters. Mostly everyone I know has children or grandchildren who can troubleshoot for them but I don't so I just pick up the phone to call the Geek Squad!

Getting a new computer needing data transfer made my membership really pay off as it took several tries to get all my data where I wanted it. I even had a Geek come to my home to finally complete the job at no cost to me.

The yearly subscription insurers me that any tech problems I have with my computer or laptop,and I-Pad will be covered to solve any problem that may occur. Also, it includes helping me to set up any computer or laptop I might buy in the future.

Recently my Samsung Frame TV screen became cracked. It was a third of the price to replace the panel than to replace the whole TV. Geek Squad did an awesome job repairing this TV. They had the TV back up on the wall good as new within 15 to 20 minutes. Fantastic job. Thank you.

Great value for the money but I am disappointed that some of the original features have disappeared going forward especially the discount on in home service, that was a fabulous feature, they should reconsider removing it from the package.
