Great service and great coverage. Price increases are coming and reasonable. The only negative is that coverage for products only last as long as the membership. IMHO, Extended warranty's (I.e. beyond manufacture's warranty) should be separate from other "Geek" services.

I like it. It has helped for many of my Best Buy purchases. I wish they didn’t go to the payment tier program for the plan. In addition, it doesn’t really help when a the only Best Buy in your city doesn’t have auto techs to install purchased tech in the car.

I would recommend this yearly subscription to everyone!

As an elderly non-geek user, this has been a brilliant investment in peace of mind, valid information from pros who know Best Buy products and a great fit for someone without a 14 year old grandkid to help them with devices and the internet use

I have had to use my plan over the years several times for repairs/setvice, and it has saved me a lot of money. I also love the additional perks like getting discounted pricing and protection plans on purchases!

I will continue to purchase my Best Buy Total, because it brings a piece of mine to me and my family and I will continue to share this with family and friends

This subscription is good to have. Whenever you need help they are there for you.

Excellent service. Check all the services that Best Buy provides. They do appliance repair services, not just computers and TV’s. Dealing with a trusted company who’s associates care about giving honest quality service is rate in this day and age.

My Best Buy total yearly subscription can be a great option if you have devices you need or want the Geek Squad to check out for you or if you plan to purchase items when you need free installation, especially TV's (mounting also!!)

I initially didn’t even realize all the benefits that come with this membership. It comes with so many benefits. I have taken advantage of several of them now and am extremely pleased . It really pays for itself!

This has really been an excellent service to have. We were sorry to see the changes made for the coming year when the services will be much more limited. The technicians have been friendly and professional and appeared quite competent in solving our issues.

I buy the Total yearly subscription every year. It is so great to know I can receive help whenever I run into a problem. The people that help are so knowledgeable. They can fix any issue when it comes to computers or tablets and phones.

This is the second year I’m renewing the warranty membership, and it’s great to have. I probably should have it must we had a few small flames over this two years and everything was dealt with care and had supper customer support.

When you think about it, its a bit expensive but sooooo worth it. You dont have to worry avout adding extended protection to the products you buy; which adds up to more, because you are automatically covered as a member. Definitely a keeper on my account.

We have been Total Tech members for several years. We have used theirs services to install new TV’s, computers, printers and camera’s. Also, they assist with computer issues including when our computer was compromised. Their team is knowledgeable and professional

Thought I already reviewed my membership already. Short version: excellent program & worth price of yearly subscription. Fantastic program. Prior to Total Tech you had Basic Geek Squad & it didn’t come close to Total Tech.

Saved money on delivery. Saved money on installation. Saved time on installation. Sales departments arranged delivery and installation dates Was such a big help! The best thing I have ever purchased from Best Buy! Sorry, that features will be changing next year.
