Its been another great year with my Best Buy Total and I would not live without it.

Saved money on delivery. Saved money on installation. Saved time on installation. Sales departments arranged delivery and installation dates Was such a big help! The best thing I have ever purchased from Best Buy! Sorry, that features will be changing next year.

My Best Buy total yearly subscription can be a great option if you have devices you need or want the Geek Squad to check out for you or if you plan to purchase items when you need free installation, especially TV's (mounting also!!)

This is the second year I’m renewing the warranty membership, and it’s great to have. I probably should have it must we had a few small flames over this two years and everything was dealt with care and had supper customer support.

Overall service has been great for me and my wife. Best Buy is one of our favorite stores, even just to browse and look around. Customer service is excellent. Thank you

I love the My Best Buy total. I have had a Geek Squad subscription for years. I am not a techy person and when something goes wrong they are only a phone call away. They help by phone, crawl into your computer or come to the house. It does not get better than that.

This is a product that pays for itself if you have computer systems and electronics in your household. It gives me a good feeling to know that all I have to do is call Best Buy when I have a problem with my electronics; and don't have to worry about the basic cost.

I have been Best Buy Total Since 2021. Its great service and well worth cost of membership. Ive utilized gor tech support gor my lap top, questions about virus protection, free shipping and best part is the free extended 24 month warranty on purchases

I initially didn’t even realize all the benefits that come with this membership. It comes with so many benefits. I have taken advantage of several of them now and am extremely pleased . It really pays for itself!

Well worth it if you shop at Best Buy often, or use a lot of electronics. Discounts on in store items, early access to special deals like Black Friday deals, and extra protection on all purchases at no extra charge, as well as other perks!

I love this because i get expert help to install, trouble shoot, almpost anything I buy at Bestbuy by Bestbuy. membership pays for it's plus with membership I nolonger need to buy extended warranties as this membership provides addition coverage for free.

Thought I already reviewed my membership already. Short version: excellent program & worth price of yearly subscription. Fantastic program. Prior to Total Tech you had Basic Geek Squad & it didn’t come close to Total Tech.

Haven't had to use it much but when needed for laptop software issues the services techs were very knowedgeable and helpful. Using the Geek Squad to install and tune sonos arc Total Tech saving me $$$ in installation fees.

I have had Best Buy Total for years and have always been pleased with the service. I've had TV installed on wall, Numerous services with two computers and installation of security cameras. All were done by polite and knowegable professionals.

I appreciate the geek squad and their help in getting things done.

I love being a Total Tech member & it's worth the price of buying. I've paid for the membership 3x over in just the discounts received on 3 recent purchases. My PC's are also covered & get tuned up for free on a regular basis.

Well worth the money the are their to help you anytime you need them. By having Geek Squad they have helped me many times on line and saved me taking my computer into them! Love that it extends your warranties too.
