I love the My Best Buy total. I have had a Geek Squad subscription for years. I am not a techy person and when something goes wrong they are only a phone call away. They help by phone, crawl into your computer or come to the house. It does not get better than that.

This is a product that pays for itself if you have computer systems and electronics in your household. It gives me a good feeling to know that all I have to do is call Best Buy when I have a problem with my electronics; and don't have to worry about the basic cost.

I love this because i get expert help to install, trouble shoot, almpost anything I buy at Bestbuy by Bestbuy. membership pays for it's plus with membership I nolonger need to buy extended warranties as this membership provides addition coverage for free.

I have had Best Buy Total for years and have always been pleased with the service. I've had TV installed on wall, Numerous services with two computers and installation of security cameras. All were done by polite and knowegable professionals.

This has been a good purchase for me. I’ve had a dishwasher refrigerator and microwave replaced. Hauled away old ones. Mounted two large TVs. Always good service. I hear it’s changing….too bad

The Best Buy total yearly subscription is so worth it. I have accidentally allowed spyware in or gotten hacked more than once and Geek Squad has been able to fix it every time. Saved my computer more than once.
