A great service to Best Buy customers. I feel great knowing that I have this protection. And that I can just take a device to you and will get an honest answer because the service is already covered. It is a great feeling, very comforting.

I have had alot of help through best buy total, with my computer equipment. They are the best at what they do and I want to tell my friends and family all about what can be done, so that they will want to join my best buy total subscription too!

The Best Buy total yearly subscription is so worth it. I have accidentally allowed spyware in or gotten hacked more than once and Geek Squad has been able to fix it every time. Saved my computer more than once.

This has been a good purchase for me. I’ve had a dishwasher refrigerator and microwave replaced. Hauled away old ones. Mounted two large TVs. Always good service. I hear it’s changing….too bad

If you love electronics, this is a must. The money we have saved because of total tech exceedsthe cost. The sixty day return police is a great peace of mind. One day, we had a laptop issue, they remotely accessed and fixed the issue. Cost? Included!

When I first joined Total Tech Protection I didn’t think it would be something I would keep, however, I soon discovered having my products cover for 24 months for one price was amazing. And this includes AppleCare, which makes it even a better deal.

Have used this many times for laptop tune ups. Also used it for car audio install. Unfortunately, it no longer covers this. I’m disappointed that they took this feature away. Still worth it for the 24 month warranty coverage.

An annual Total Tech membership is the best thing we own, and is more than valuable to us as novice techies! Some of the visits have been short and sweet, and others were challenging, but were always successful

Great for people that are starting school, getting a new car, or moving into a new place, as it allows you to get discounted items usually with warranties attached, and also free installations of equipment linked to your address and vehicles.

I am enjoying my My Best Buy Total for a while on my products that I bought at Best Buy, which includes my new HP Envy, Dell and My LG TV that I have for at least two years now.

My bestbuy total or whatever it was called through the years has been valuable for us. For phones and laptops in particular. Worth the cost, even though we haven't had to use it that much.

I really like having the Total Tech. I do not use it as much as I should but it is definitely worth having when I take my PCs to be fixed. The new version also seems to include some extra product discounts as well.
