Have used this many times for laptop tune ups. Also used it for car audio install. Unfortunately, it no longer covers this. I’m disappointed that they took this feature away. Still worth it for the 24 month warranty coverage.

If you love electronics, this is a must. The money we have saved because of total tech exceedsthe cost. The sixty day return police is a great peace of mind. One day, we had a laptop issue, they remotely accessed and fixed the issue. Cost? Included!

I really like having the Total Tech. I do not use it as much as I should but it is definitely worth having when I take my PCs to be fixed. The new version also seems to include some extra product discounts as well.

My Best Buy Total Tec. support is well worth the money. I've needed to use it several different times to either install a new device at the house or being able to take a device to the store and have them look at it and fix the problem.

I was hoping that by purchasing a Geek Squad membership it would allow a member to help me setup my new computer. I am elderly and unable to crawl around and pull cables like I used to. Unfortunately they don't do that anymore. . . .

I buy a lot of stuff from BestBuy and the TotalTech membership made the most sense just for the added extended warranty protection. If you are someone that buys products even a couple times a year, the membership price will pay for itself.
