This really came in handy. I have 3 sons who are into gaming computers, quest headsets and anything else electronic. I've had to take multiple gaming monitors back because their screens would fall off the desk from all of the dramatics that goes along with playing against other players. Ive even taken all 3 of their computers to be updated and ha e more memory added. I was reimbursed the full price of the broken items and was able to buy any kind i wanted whether it was the same one or an upgraded 1. The geek squad people are very knowledgeable and helpful because i know absolutely nothing about computers and even less about gaming computers. They answered all of my questions in a way that i was able to understand enough to make a decision on what to buy. I would definitely recommend this service.

I'm so glad I had Best Buy's Total Tech Coverage because this happened to be a year when my laptop unfortunately glitched a lot and had some issues with the built-in speakers and volume control. I had to work with several Greek Squad members to get the issue resolved and everything was covered under my total tech subscription. The issues were all resolved and I haven't had the issues again since.

I have subscribed to Best Buy's annual tech support service for several years and strongly recommend it. When something doesn't work on my computers (four) I can connect online if I still have internet, or I can call to get an appointment and drop it off. The online service usually has me back up the same day (and they work overnight while I'm sleeping if I call late!) Drop off may take a day or two, but when they have it there they do a full check-up on the machine. Either way, unless you need parts, there is no charge. And the Geek Squad Agents are very nice to me.

So if your not familiar with BestBuy Total Tech Support, get yourself familiar. Especially if you frequently shop online at Bestbuy.com. The Total Tech support membership gives you access to insane deals and price cuts, you also have access to their online support team 24/7, who can walk you through or help you trouble shoot just about anything. Buy it!!! It will save you a lot money in the long run!!!

I never realized how valuable my yearly member subscription was until I needed it. It is the most valuable membership you can purchase because there are a lot of services that are provide with the membership. I have used it this year and I am very happy that Best Buy is a great store. Don't know what I would do without them.

So Best Buy Total Tech is now called my Best Buy total. Same great coverage but there are some differences. I had an agent explain the differences. Same great coverage except it no longer covers installation and hauling away on appliances. I was a little disappointed here since I buy all my appliance are from Best Buy. Still it is a great value.

When I purchased the membership, it was to protect my investment in a new laptop. What I got out of it was much more. I was able to bring my older computers and have them tuned up and refreshed for no additional cost. I feel like I have a team of experts to help with any tech issues that might come up. What a piece of mind!

Love the Total Tech Membership. I have used it a lot. Easy to call 24/7 and get a Geek Squad agent who is curtious, knowledgeable and helpful. Many time I have called to asked for help on one thing and ended up also learning about something else. I am not computer saavy. This has been a great investment for me and I highly recommend it. In addition to 24/7 Geek Squad, there is 60 day returns, up to 2 year free protection plans on products bought at Best Buy, member discount prices, free standard and 2-day shipping and discounts on repairs. One thing they changed this year is no more free in-home service. But they dropped the annual price from $200 to $180. I recently thought I got hacked when a lot of bells and whistles went off and my computer froze. I called and got same day appointment 2 hours later. the agent was so kind and fix it in 5 minutes. Luckily I was not hacked as I knew not to call the phone number given on my computer screen when it froze. Highly recommend My Best Buy Total Membership to anyone.

Didn't realize how much I would save until we needed to replace our microwave. Bought new unit during Labor Day sale and saved $180 off sticker price. Then, we were treated to free delivery, free install and free haul away. Savings for this one purchase was greater than the yearly subscription.

I use total (previously total tech) for all my PC needs. I have purchased multiple appliances including cameras, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves and dishwashers and used Best Buy's tech support. I have had everything installed by their technicians with no issues. I would recommend them for all your needs.
