I would recommend this yearly subscription to everyone!

Nothing like peace of mind. I would not go with out Total Tech. I use it when I want to transfer data from old computer to the one. I also used it a couple of other times with total satisfaction.

I've always thought the protection was great; we've saved a lot of money, especially the past year with purchases we've made. HOWEVER.....We just got an email that started with the news that our subscription rate will be going down next time. Great, right? Of course not! A lot of our benefits are going away or being sharply reduced. I've read the email several times and am still not sure what it all means--very clever wording on their part, I'm sure. And they will send promotional emails for things like discounted installation, probably things that I wouldn't need at the time. I'm still not sure if we get free haul away of old items. And if I'm not happy when it's time for renewal, I have to look at all their other plans to see if another one would work better. They're betting I won't want to make the effort and will continue to pay for less service, and I anticipate the rate will go back to where it was within a year or two. In other words, this will help THEM, not me. BUYER BEWARE!

This service is highly recommend. They treat you so professionally. Call about pcs, tvs in your home and they assist you right away. If they cannot, they send a tech to your home to assist you. Best service ever.

It was great peace of mind to have the Geek Squad membership with my large purchase. Although i did a tremendous amount of research, I didn’t know the all the ins and outs. It almost paid for itself!

I love the Best Buy Total program. I bought a new modem and a couple eero wifi nodes and the tech installed them and did all the setup so I did not have to figure it out. Well worth the money.

Well worth every penny, I have had free delivery and installation of dishwasher, desk top computer and visit from Geek agent to solve a computer problem. Also takeaway of old dishwasher and computer.

It is a little pricy but does pay for itself in the long run

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED THIS PAST YEAR WITH IN HOME HELP. I signed up for another year even though the new version has fewer benefits. I really do not like the new version of charging for services at a reduced rate.

My Best Buy Total Yearly Subscription is the best coverage you can have. Even if I have a simple question, it is always answered and problems are handled with the most excellent care by helpful, pleasant assistants.

this is the best insurance one can have for coverage on all of your electronics. The value for the cost is un-beatable! The Geeks know what they are doing. One saves a lot of cash by using the Geeks.

Although the Best Buy employee made a convincing case for the value of this membership, I was skeptical. As it turns out, it paid for itself almost immediately and has saved me a bundle from day one.

I I built my own PC by scratch my PC was giving me problem. Thank God I had to lead member with Best Buy. I took it in they took a look at it. It didn’t cost me nothing and they installed window tent for free 

This has been an absolute life saver for many of my devices. They are very helpful when it come to new or even old items. If you are thinking of getting it do it. It is worth every penny!

Worth every penny. Piece of mind for both hardware and software issue. Discount is nice. Sadly free installation is going away. With all of our computers tuneups and updates are nice to let pro's deal with

Since I am not technically inclined, I feel that this is a good investment. I have had issues with my laptops and phone and every time, the Geek Squad has helped me. I will definitely continue to renew my membership
