We are very happy with our yearly subscription! We’ve had for I believe 3 or 4 years now! Nice to get discounts and able to have sales available early then others! Everything is covered and don’t need to buy extra coverage with them!

We have been Total Protect users for more than 8-yrs now. We love the ability to reach out to tech support or take our equipment in for service. The support we get from this service is amazing, very professional, and well worth the cost.

It was great peace of mind to have the Geek Squad membership with my large purchase. Although i did a tremendous amount of research, I didn’t know the all the ins and outs. It almost paid for itself!

This service is highly recommend. They treat you so professionally. Call about pcs, tvs in your home and they assist you right away. If they cannot, they send a tech to your home to assist you. Best service ever.

I love the Best Buy Total program. I bought a new modem and a couple eero wifi nodes and the tech installed them and did all the setup so I did not have to figure it out. Well worth the money.

Great value that takes your dollar further than ever

I've always thought the protection was great; we've saved a lot of money, especially the past year with purchases we've made. HOWEVER.....We just got an email that started with the news that our subscription rate will be going down next time. Great, right? Of course not! A lot of our benefits are going away or being sharply reduced. I've read the email several times and am still not sure what it all means--very clever wording on their part, I'm sure. And they will send promotional emails for things like discounted installation, probably things that I wouldn't need at the time. I'm still not sure if we get free haul away of old items. And if I'm not happy when it's time for renewal, I have to look at all their other plans to see if another one would work better. They're betting I won't want to make the effort and will continue to pay for less service, and I anticipate the rate will go back to where it was within a year or two. In other words, this will help THEM, not me. BUYER BEWARE!

Well worth every penny, I have had free delivery and installation of dishwasher, desk top computer and visit from Geek agent to solve a computer problem. Also takeaway of old dishwasher and computer.

My Best Buy Total yearly subscription is a great value added to my products and a way to ensure being proactive active.

My membership cost us nothing…it already paid for itself with the price match feature!
