I have had this for 3 years and I was thinking of canceling due to not using, but have called them twice in the last 3 month. Think I will keep them a little longer. Great service!

Very happy with the service. Can call the Geek Squad over the phone and get help with computer, TV, etc. Happy with delivery and installations although I just found out they are eliminating free installation.

It is very easy to maintain electronics with a Total Tech subscription. We renew annually and have our devices serviced. We also receive professional advice on troubleshooting and upgraded products.

We are long time My Best Buy Total subscribers. Though we have learned a lot through the years, there are many technical things that stump us. We use and appreciate the Geek Squad.

This is very helpful when I need help that I can’t solve myself. There is no need to drive 70 miles round trip to the store as the tech can take control of PC and make corrections online. It’s worth the $$ to me

My Best Buy yearly subscription is worth the cost. Have had it for about 3 years . When I buy a new product it extends the warranty and return times. It covers several other electronics also. Very happy with it

When I need help with anything purchased at Best Buy, I always call the Geek Squad. Most often they are able to fix the problem either on phone or home visit. They are always respectful & pleasant.

Decent Service. If you plan on purchasing any major appliances, the extended 2 year warranty for every appliance is included with this annual membership, so I think it is a great deal.

Love this service. It gives me piece of mind to know that our tech is in good hands. Disappointed that you are removing the virus protection program from your service. Not sure i will renew because of this.

have been using this tool or the geek squad for several years for my computers. I am not tech savy so their support is very important to me. they are professional and have always supported me in a timely manner

I've used this numerous times with my Laptop Pro when I needed technical help setting up my laptop, as well as, when I've ended up in a compromised site.

Have had since my last service from desk top computer couldn't get the job done. Have used to transfer information, clean laptop to donate and wipe clean an old machine. Always capable to get it done.

I fell like this saves you tons of money and help with about anything even cars just amazed me they will literally help you with coming to your house and doing it there as well thid is worth the money

My Best Buy Total is an excellent product; it reduces the cost of many services, and repairs, and you can return items with no questions asked.

I could not survive without Geek Squad. It is so nice to have someone to contact for even the littlest things. I don't care to learn how hardware or software works, I just want it to work.

Had for 4 years, Much cheaper than individual coverage plans and get maintenance and problem diagnoses for my equipment, even if I didn't buy it from Best Buy.
