Love my total tech team they are all very kind and helpful

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED THIS PAST YEAR WITH IN HOME HELP. I signed up for another year even though the new version has fewer benefits. I really do not like the new version of charging for services at a reduced rate.

I have had this for 3 years and I was thinking of canceling due to not using, but have called them twice in the last 3 month. Think I will keep them a little longer. Great service!

I I built my own PC by scratch my PC was giving me problem. Thank God I had to lead member with Best Buy. I took it in they took a look at it. It didn’t cost me nothing and they installed window tent for free

Decent Service. If you plan on purchasing any major appliances, the extended 2 year warranty for every appliance is included with this annual membership, so I think it is a great deal.

It is very easy to maintain electronics with a Total Tech subscription. We renew annually and have our devices serviced. We also receive professional advice on troubleshooting and upgraded products.

Very happy with the service. Can call the Geek Squad over the phone and get help with computer, TV, etc. Happy with delivery and installations although I just found out they are eliminating free installation.

Since I am not technically inclined, I feel that this is a good investment. I have had issues with my laptops and phone and every time, the Geek Squad has helped me. I will definitely continue to renew my membership

When I need help with anything purchased at Best Buy, I always call the Geek Squad. Most often they are able to fix the problem either on phone or home visit. They are always respectful & pleasant.
