This is very helpful when I need help that I can’t solve myself. There is no need to drive 70 miles round trip to the store as the tech can take control of PC and make corrections online. It’s worth the $$ to me

My Best Buy yearly subscription is worth the cost. Have had it for about 3 years . When I buy a new product it extends the warranty and return times. It covers several other electronics also. Very happy with it

I miss the added bonus you used to get with the membership but this is still worthwhile for keeping my computers in shape as well as the free large appliance installation.

I fully recommend the Best Buy total protection option. All the applicable products are protected providing pease of mind in anything breaks or malfunctions.
