    We’ve actually had to use the total tech support several times and the people have always been incredibly helpful!! I find this service to be an excellent value and has been necessary several times!

    It has paid for itself. I never have to worry about my electronics and the perks, like free installation on my smart lock, have made life much easier. I'm always hassling my friends to get a membership

    I am just a computer user. We've had My Best Buy Total Yearly Subscription ever since it was available. Best support system I've ever purchased. I won't let it expire. Service is professional and fast.

    Used them to set up my new laptop and transfer data. Mostly good, but file transfer had some problems and old laptop was corrupted afterward. In the future, I’d do it myself.

    100% worth annual investment. From remotely contacting Geek Squad for pc repair or clean up, to product protection, to free install on auto accessories, e.g. dash cam, radio, etc. Great service.

    Was hesitant to buy, product is suppose to be quality. However, with the complexity of software at this time and the possibility of being hacked, THIS WAS AND IS WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE.

    I feel this is well worth the money it has saved me hundreds of $$$.. maybe expensive but if you deal with BB a lot it will definitely save you huge amount of money
