    Best Buy is one of my favorite stores. And then they have good service and they also have protection against items that may go wrong. What piece of mind you can have?

    Was hesitant to buy, product is suppose to be quality. However, with the complexity of software at this time and the possibility of being hacked, THIS WAS AND IS WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE.

    I really depend on Best Buy to Resolve computer problems I have from time to time. I have complete confidence the Geek Squad folks can figure things out that I'm unable to.

    I love the convenience of the yearly subscription because I can call the geek squad anytime for repairs and fixing my computer over the phone. It’s a great service to have!

    I feel this is well worth the money it has saved me hundreds of $$$.. maybe expensive but if you deal with BB a lot it will definitely save you huge amount of money

    Total protection plan us definitely the way to go.. if anything happens to your appliances .. T.V. etc.. Just call and they will be there to fix it.. just make an appointment of course
