I’ve use Best Buy tech protection for quite a few years! Can tell how many times I’ve used them, either for remote help with computer or having them install an item! Great service!!!

If you buy anything electronic, this plan will literally pay for itself. Applecare? Paid for. Brand new TV orotedtion plan? Paid for! Car audio? Insralled for free AND protection paid for!!

The guys came to the home/office on time were very friendly and knowledgeable. They hooked up the Smart Tv cerround sound and went over the process of downloading apps. Great Job Guys !!!

Excellent customer service. I am able to keep up my computers at home safe from viruses. Also the came home and set up my tv and speakers systems in my gazebo. I highly recommend them.

Outstand service. Have used (not abused) this service for three years and it does have value, including Webroot. Not sure about the future with announced changes to this program.

Saves me money! I like that!! The Geek squad has helped me speed up my computers; add antivirus; set up a gaming PC and Total helps me finance without interest!

Used them to set up my new laptop and transfer data. Mostly good, but file transfer had some problems and old laptop was corrupted afterward. In the future, I’d do it myself.

In this day and age. Best Buy has consistanly stood out for its expertise and support. But it is the positive attitude of its employees that has always btought me back.

The services and discount alone make it worth it. I am not always as handy with tech stuff as I would like so I need the back-up support I get from my Best Buy total.

I've used my total plan a few times. Each with excellent results. The agents are knowledgeable and get resolved whatever the issue may be.

I was hoping that by purchasing a Geek Squad membership it would allow a member to help me setup my new computer. I am elderly and unable to crawl around and pull cables like I used to. Unfortunately they don't do that anymore. . . .
