The services and discount alone make it worth it. I am not always as handy with tech stuff as I would like so I need the back-up support I get from my Best Buy total.

The guys came to the home/office on time were very friendly and knowledgeable. They hooked up the Smart Tv cerround sound and went over the process of downloading apps. Great Job Guys !!!

Outstand service. Have used (not abused) this service for three years and it does have value, including Webroot. Not sure about the future with announced changes to this program.

Excellent customer service. I am able to keep up my computers at home safe from viruses. Also the came home and set up my tv and speakers systems in my gazebo. I highly recommend them.

I had four TV’s and a microwave mounted for free because of being a member of Total Tech. Greeks do excellent work and they are very professional. Just did my fourth renewal!
