By me getting the total tech package it has been a god sent. I’ve had to use it many times due to me not being tech savey. GREAT PLAN

when we needed the service, they were available and did a great job explaining the issue and how to resolve it.

It is well worth having the total yearly subscription. I am able to use on discounts and other items I may need, There always there for you when needed.

BEST PROTECTION PLAN I EVER HAD ESPECIALLY FOR OUR COMPUTER WEBROOT PROTECTION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Past total tech with webroot was great. Definitely have a concern with the new my Best Buy total that service & warranties will be greatly reduced

Great to have if you have a lot of electronics. And are worried about them breaking down. Also if you buy a lot from the store, you get a lot of savings.

Best Buy is my go to place for my techie things. The Geek Squad is the best and I usually purchase my cell phones and computer/printer needs there.

Helpful crew when needed, but only if electronics are covered. E.g I had problems with a camera and smartwatch purchased from Best Buy and they could not help with either, so it didn't feel worthwhile. When I had PC problems years ago, it was helpful, however.

There is a great service difference between location. So far the location in Natomas has my 5 stars
