I recently bought a new laptop from Best Buy. I needed to have the files from the old computer transferred to the new one. The Geek Squad handled this flawlessly and I'm very pleased. It cost me nothing to do this as a member of Best Buy Total.

GEEK SQUAD Total Technicians have been at the house several times over the past two years troubleshooting my computer and printer issues. They have been solidly professional in hands-on repair and knowledge transfer to customer. Most important is their listening.

I've had total tech for a few years now and have used it for multiple uses. Free stereo installs on 3 different vehicles , free install/delivery on refrigerator , free install on dishwasher also hauled off both appliances as well as my washer and dryer. Has a laptop serviced etc.

The peace of mind is priceless in comparison to the worry of not getting the great service or the best goods!

This membership is a good value. Member prices and Geek Squad support are great. Protection plans on our purchases!

This is the best offer and service if you use electronics. They get you in quickly, service your device in a timely and professional manner. It would make me crazy to have a computer and not have this service. It gives you peace of mind.

Im glad I purchased. Most service are without charge. I bought a new desk top and my files were transferred frommy 13 year old desktop!

My television broke. I’m not sure of the problem yet, but the man in the store suggested my LEDs may have broken. Thankfully, since I have the service, it will either replace my television or fix it for me at my house . An incredible savings!
