I think that most of Beat Buys options for help with the Geek Squad and the customer service reps I have dealt with truly know their stuff.

I will always keel thr total tech membership until best buy closes its doors it is the best purchase possible.

Helpful crew when needed, but only if electronics are covered. E.g I had problems with a camera and smartwatch purchased from Best Buy and they could not help with either, so it didn't feel worthwhile. When I had PC problems years ago, it was helpful, however.

my best buy or total tech has been great. The staff at the store has always been helpful and good listeners. Updates or maintenance usually is done quickly

Bet Buy Total is a great Feature or Service. It's nice to have a place to go to address issues or get answers to questions.

Its one of the best purchases I have made. When you have this protection.. whatever you buy they will include 2 yr of protection in every item bought.

I have had the geak squad protection plan for years. Great value and really easy to use when I have needed it. I will keep this protection plan.

I have had Total Tech for 5+ years and have used it each year to get laptop help or savings on appliances. I will continue to keep this!
