Absolutely satisfied with the service provided by the Harriman New York store thru the Best Buy Total Tech program.

Would not do without this total tech service. Use it multiple times for answers to questions. Great service

*** GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TECHS *** BUT, consider saving for a rainy day. It costs less. For example: if you pay for a subscription with the intent to cover a product, think of how long that product SHOULD last without repair. I reconsidered this after I spent nearly $450 on an appliance repair after spending $900 on this subscription. The appliance was less than 5 years old, and I only got a 20% discount on the labor, not on the part. In essence, I spent over $1300 on the repair. If I had put that money in the bank, I'd have done better, even if I called the Geek Squad! Just a thought.

I've never been disappointed with by subscription. Any problem or even question has been quickly taken care of without question.

Only way to go. I’ve used it several times to set up new tv and help with computer problems I could not solve myself.
