best tech service in the industry, best local service as well. I can call and get appointment or just visit store and get almost instant assistance for my problem. I have used them for TV issues and computer issues.

Get your total tech on you break it they fix it. Listen everybody you got good stuff at Best Buy do you want to protect it do you want it to be fixed do you want it to last a long time get your total tech.

This saved me more than once. I will continue to get it. I love the 2 year protection plan on things I buy. I wish the perk points had a bigger time window in which to spend them.

Good thing I have the Annual Geek squad service. In two months they fixed the TV twice, repaired one compupter, found the problems in another, After 3 days I had everything up and running. Much relieved!

This is great to have if you have a PC. I use them to wipe my computer or if it ever gets a virus. A great way to have some peace of mind.

Handy to have available when something crops up with my older pc. typically able to handle via an online servicing and saves the time and trouble of locating a servicer and scheduling an in-home service call. While I haven't used a lot, enough to justify the cost given hourly rates these days.

It was easy to set up. And easy to use. The directions are easy to follow. The sound that comes out of these little speakers is awesome.

Great picture and easy to navigate through the UI. The remote control could use a little tewaking. It is designed like computer mouse and get frustrating at times pointing at the screen.

Worth its weight in gold! I never have to hesitate to call or chat if a problem arises - and, alas, they sometimes do! Services of the Geek Squad are invaluable - I would not be without them.
